a man would note that switching from analog to digital should help costs and that a trackpad isn't expensive like a touch screen. Making sticks and triggers better doesn't cost a company a dime.

An article forgets to mention the reduced dead zones and latency on a controller as well as the analog sticks having an edge on them. Just look at how Nintendo and MS handled the last years of their 7th gen systems. Wii got SS a year before and Xenoblade with some Kirby game. 360 got Halo, Gears, and Forza again. PS3 got/is getting PSallstars, NiNoKuni, Sly, GoW, LoU, Rain, Puppeteer, and Beyond. No comparison on who supports their system best even with a new one on the horizon. Hell they're still selling PS2!
