@All above.
This explains it all:

WKC 2 is what I would consider "a true sequel". It improves on EVERY aspect the first lacked in, while still keeping what made it good.
It's sad that the game won't get much attention that other games will but that's just how JRPGs ...
Maybe I should rephrase it. "Finally a game *in 2011* that's worth the full $60"
Finally a game worth full $60.
"Anonymous is on your side, standing up for your rights. We are not aiming to attack customers of Sony. This attack is aimed solely at Sony, and we will try our best to not affect the gamers, as this would defeat the purpose of our actions. If we did inconvenience users, please know that this was not our goal."
So by taking down the PSN, (which us normal gamers use), and trying to destroy Sony, (which us normal gamers buys games from), your on our side right???
Well that is why they said at the end of the video, "Forza 4 will be the best racing game for ***everyone***". Casual, Core, Kids, Grandmas, probably even pets... you name it.
That would suck if this was an April's fools joke from Turn 10, lol.
Smokey pretty much covered it. When I play classic mode, it DEFINITELY does feel like old SOCOM. The only thing missing is calling out where you lay your PMN mines so teammates don't run over them, lol. But serious, the game is really good. I went ahead and pre-ordered it from Amazon myself.
Trust me when I say that SOCOM 4 is still SOCOM, (at least when it comes to classic mode).
Feels good to say Zipper has yet to make a game I haven't been addicted to....
I really hope they save MAG 2 for the next console. I'm not sure how much of the PS3's power MAG used. But one of the main thing Zipper always got on was the memory issues, which might of be the leading cause of the majority of the freezing issues of that game. Every thing else is possible, maybe GoW4 should be saved, Idk... But when it comes to MAG 2, I want to REALLY see a good sequel to that game and I don't think using the PS3 again will do that, (unless this attachment to...
I did have a headset but sadly the majority of the people in the games I were in spent more time talking about how SOCOM 4 is CoD/UC2/Ghost Recon/ whatever else game they can compare it to other than actually playing the game and using the mics for calling stuff out and what not.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the game sucks, but based off of what I've experienced so far in the beta, it's not everything they made it to be. Everyone has their own say to it...
I have to disagree. MAG being a hardcore shooter, yes. SOCOM 4, no. I hate to have to jump on the "We want SOCOM 2" ban wagon, but I have to agree with them in how SOCOM 4 is a disappoint and bad attempt to "appeal to the mass" while barely given back to the core fans of the series. But I'm only going off of what I've experienced in the beta. So maybe things will change come release...
Looks exactly like the whole FFXIII case to me. My bet is that Crytek just didn't have the extra time to polish the PS3 version and they just simply ported the game from 360 or PC to PS3 and made as many fixes as they could within the time given. Regardless though, it is pretty annoying to have a company sit there and praise something so much just to come short at the end. it honesty makes them look bad.
I was going to say, he practically got a head shot on every kill. But oh well, I'll make my personal take on the game when I get the beta today.
lol, this takes me back..... back to the GOLDEN days of gaming!
Yep.
Seeing to how all the hot topics recently was all about the drama of PS3 vs 360 with Crysis 2, I'm sure there will be more articles like this.
Wait... So... because there wasn't a huge ass sign that was telling you "JUMP HERE!!! JUMP HERE!!!!!" the gameplay was broken??? Idk... maybe it's just you but I had no problem finding where to go in that game. I think I only recall maybe twice where I had to stop and look around where to go and that was when I was playing a second time on hard, (when they take away runner's vision).
True it didn't sell well but it was a new IP. That doesn't mean to just stop the innovation train and go back to copy and milk process that most games go through.
Every company is trying to compete with CoD and they are saturating the market with shooters. But the real problem is that they are trying to somewhat mimic what CoD does to try and reel in people and it's "that" which is what destroys a franchise. Once you lost what makes you unique, people...
lol what??? I was literally laughing as I was "trying" to read what you had just said.
lol yeah, I was about to say the same thing on how it looks like some Pixar movie.
@Yukicore
It's one of the powers he can get from one of the companions based off of what karma path you choose to play.
Good karma = Ice
Bad karma = Napalm
Or at at least I think that's how it goes...
