These multiplatform games are built with the 360 in mind. These multiplatform engines were built based off the 360's specs. That's why some games have a slight performance edge over the PS3 versions. The games you mentioned look good for the 360 but PS3 games are on a whole other level. Microsoft made 3 critical mistakes this generation and it will cost them in the long term.
1. Harddrive not standard
2. No Bluray
3. Got rid of first party studios
GT5 prologue has the best lighting of any game currently on the market.
To be honest there are so many quality exlcusives that it is hard to put them in order.
1. Uncharted
2. Killzone 2
3. Resistance 2
4. LBP
5. Ratchet and Clank Future: TOD
Resistance 2 is highly underrated. People are always saying it isn't as good as Resistance 1. I totally disagree. Resistance 2's graphics are very underrated. It has some of the best backgrounds, lighting, and art in all of gaming. What other game has huge ships and mult...
1. PS2/(PS3 60GB)
2. SNES
3. Playstation
4. NES
5. PS3 (no bc)
6. Nintendo 64
7. Xbox
8. Sega Genesis
9. Xbox 360
10. Sega Master System
The 60GB PS3 is the most powerful and fully featured console in the history of videogames and it arguably has some of the best games ever created.
Heck the original xbox is better than the 360. The original xbox was a powerhouse with a harddrive in each console and was very reliable and well built unlike its offspring the 360.
The 360 beat out the Playstation?...Lol. This list makes no sense at all.
I own God of War I and God of War II and I have a 60gb(now 320gb) PS3. I will still purchase God of War compilation HD day 1.
I completely agree with all your statements.
Looks good. This is going to be an interesting holiday!
LBP rip off. Lol. Even the little cutesy music. More power to them. If you can't play create share in this game then it definitely can't hold LBP's jock strap. Lol
@u got owned, don't believe rareairtone. Even if that is true which I really don't know because he didn't provide any link to where this was stated. First off, GT5 is not done so we don't know how many polys it is pushing per car. Second of all, let's put this in context, ...wait for it....wait for it...Okay...here we go...FORZA 3 can only render half the cars on screen as GT5(8 compared to 16). So I would hope that they can push more polys per car. LMFAO
Looks good
That's all fine and dandy guys but where are these games on the 360 that show that they can hold their own with the elite games on the PS3? Take your time?...I'll wait...Lol.
Miller's Crossing is not a game and is not part of the video game industry. It has nothing to do with Nintendo, Microsoft, or Sony. So your argument has no weight. You are comparing apples to oranges.
Killzone 2 is not the only game on the PS3 that shows its graphical superiority over the 360. Do some research. Let me name a few for you. Uncharted 1, Uncharted 2, Ratchet & Clank Future: TOD, Ratchet & Clank Future: ACIT, GT5 Prologue, GT5, MGS5, Motorstorm, Motorstorm: PR, LBP, R2, Folklore, Infamous, Heavenly Sword, etc. All these games are the best looking games in their genres which would mean that they look better than what the 360 is offering.
Looks exactly the same. One is slightly darker than the other. All the textures are exactly the same. None is sharper than the other. If you see it differently then you are a fanboy. One version does not have an advantage on the other graphically. Since this game is not a multiplayer game, online doesn't factor into it. PS3 version has the advantage overall because of the exclusive content. After playing the demo, I don't see how anyone would give up playing as the joker if they had t...
I can't wait for the eventual Gametrailers comparison when GT5 comes out! Microsoft is trying but I don't think their machine has enough horse power to pull it off. Lol.
Who the hell is voting on this stuff...Gears 2?...Lol. I have played all those games except L4D and I can tell you that Gears 2 is not the best. In fact I would put KZ2, WAW, and R2 over Gears 2
Connect to Xbox Live for free...LMFAO!
This game is getting great review. Might have to pick it up. :)
