MS does need games and promise to keep it up the whole darn life cycle. I think there was four years of just getting by, and then what, casual crap. Spend some of your money on my experience MS.
I would like MS Achievements to add trophies aw well. I also like games with 50+ "challenges" or mini goals that award you no points.
Eight Days, 2 Days to Vegas, StarCraft: Ghost, The Outsider, Doom 4, Midnight Club, Spyro, Oddworld, Rainbow Six, Gardian, Agent, FF, Fatal Frame, KH3, Duke Nukem, Random zombie game, SOCOM, Haze 2, Fighting game, Jade Empire, Beyond Good and Evil 2, etc.
Please hurt my wallet...
MS will charge for online play. This makes my eyes rain. Backwards compatibility will only do so much for me.
Would you please enlighten me on this? It sounds cool.
"I believe, will be if MS console turns out to have only DDR3, and no DDR5 for video. Now that would bring a massive advantage for Sony, because DDR3 as video memory is far more likely to make a noticable difference"
Better AI is coming. We all know it. Same with better physics.
I completely agree with you. For myself, innovation is a tricky term in my book. My friends and I talk about what gameing could be or what add ons might be coming. The cost to benifit ratio simply isn't there for the cool stuff. Not even close. I'm pround to have digial 7.1 sound. However, I dare dream about dual HDMI outputs, and full sensery simulation. Our concoles are cool but not nearly as cool as the stuff that's (possible but) not practical and certinly not affordable.
"The Lost Playstation Games"
you sir are correct.
That Princess got herself into that mess, she can get herself out.
ot, Those dates are not far off now. MS could be planning to sell their consoles at a huge lost for marketshare. It won't matter much who launches first because of public percepcion playing a huge roll.
Can't wait till they can motion capture elephants or crocidiles.
I've seen some poor reboots...
Mass Effect Prequel could be a three part series I would play.
Wanting a new adventure next gen.
I don't like secerts. They suck!
Who here thinks it will cost $700.99+
Agree if yes. I would like to believe no, but I don't.
The price was no mistake and yes, they will have an expensive machine (at first) out.
Would laugh if Sony (or MS) says their controller won't ship with the console.
That controller will not be cheap! There are $70 controllers out now with about half of those features.
The price for the PS4 won't nearly be as good (if you know what I mean) as the reactions to the price itself (if you know what I mean)
Huge fan of Borderlands. Will pick up BL3 when it comes out.
Less of a fan of overpriced DLC.
What I find so funny (I find it kinda sad) is that Sony did all of this:
2011...
2012...
2013...
just to compete with all of this:
"What's the 360 getting this year? Like one core game? And a bunch of Kinect"
I would ask who is fooling who here? I do get your point though.
@ T900
I could be wrong but I respectfully disagree with this statement.
"we wont be getting games made for consoles then ported to PC."
X360 and PS3 development have shown what will happen in about two years or so. Meaning that development happens on PC but will concentrate on the X720/PS4 specs.
