Emo much? RE5 is a fun game, especially local co-op. SF4 rocks too. I understand if people don't like RE5 controls but this article is way over the top.
EDIT: I will say Lost Planet was really boring and I never got into DMC. But I can't wait for Dead Rising 2 for PS3.
..is getting exclusive content if you pre-order from them. Maybe I'm wrong about this but did the Far Cry 2 bonus mission that you got for pre-ordering from GS ever become available to everyone? If not, that is bogus.
Same with the extra power for InFamous, only available to those who pre-order from GS. I understand if they want to offer extra little goodies that don't have anything to do with the game to entice people to pre-order, but to change the game experience? LAME.
my PC was not ok in 2005 but my new laptop is (heh heh) -- ordered L4D PC version from Newegg for $28 and waiting for it to arrive.

yeah, selling games as new that have been opened is BS. They need to change that policy asap. Do like Toys R Us does, keep the empty case on the shelf and the new, unopened games locked in a glass cased behind the counter.
Gamestop is just one (of many) ways to get rid of your used games. Ebay, Amazon, Goozex, etc are others. I have tried all of these except Amazon and like them all. Sometimes Gamestop's tiered trade offer is good. Recently I traded in 6 old used games and got an extra 40% trade-in value for each game. Not too shabby if you ask me and I didn't have to take time to post an auction and drive to the post office to mail it.

I remember Gamestop has a promotion for Far Cry 2 that allowed a person who pre-ordered the game to unlock bonus content (extra missions) with a code. Did those bonus missions ever become available to everyone?
The Wii gets a lot of use in my house because I have kids. But I like it too, I just don't play it as much as my PS3. I like to play Mario Galaxy from time to time (still don't have all the stars), Zack and Wiki, and Okami. But R2, KZ2, COD4, RE5 are keeping me too busy to play the Wii a lot.
I am looking forward to The Conduit and maybe Tiger Woods 2010 if it has motionplus.
it has pretty good photoshop abilities. Last night my son took a pic of Ryan Seacrest on the TV and put our cat's head on him. Laughed my butt off...who knew how good my cat looks in a suit?
I wish I would have never sold my SNES! My N64 eventually died, how I long for Goldeneye and DK 64. Thank God I can play Mario 64 and Star Fox 64 on VC.
Got mine on Sunday....the family and I have been enjoying the heck out of it and we have yet to actually pop in a cartridge!!

I went to the DSi pre-screening event that Gamestop and Nintendo held and while the bottom screen is bigger, the top screen is not. Every article I've read on the net says it has bigger screens than the Lite. And no I did not measure it or eyeball it, I asked the Nintendo rep about the screens and compare it to the Lite I brought. The rep even told me the top screen is the same size.
Anyway, still picking mine up tomorrow.
More top notch FPS is what the Wii needs. I only wish it used MotionPlus.
but they continue to reinvent gaming over and over again. I love that they keep it fresh and innovative. I love the hardcore stuff too -- got my PS3 -- but I have a Wii and DS too and get to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Would love to see more on Heavy Rain. Also DK64 and Goldeneye on virtual console. I know, only in my dreams.
