Ps4 and xbone won the hype game but now it has become apparent that if nintendo plays their cards right from here on out they could really do some damage. 3d world is just the first step to an exciting 2014. People that downplaying the Wiiu because of sales need to realize it doesnt mean the wiiu doesnt offer a good amount of quality games. Sure the ps4 ans xbone are bound to get some heavy hitters of their own but acting as if wiiu brings nothing to the table is just ignorant.

The thing with nintendo games is that most of them can cater to both crowds. Wonderful 101 leans toward more core gamers but can be enjoyed by casual. Pikmin 3 is really a game for more experienced patient gamers but it can certainly appeal to casuals. same can be said for WWHD and SM3dw, and the bigger 3rd parties like Rayman,lego city/marvel,sonic lost world appeal too all kinds of gamers. Come on guys aiming for 7 is just insulting. So what if its a "kids" game who says that means the bar should be lowered. Skylanders is a kids game but its not just ok it goes all out. Mario games are "for everyone" dont see them just going for 7. Rayman is for kids yet it is a Top tier platformer. Its kinda disheartening to hear that they were shooting for 70s especially with the way they revealed and built the game up as one of their feature launch titles.

The dribbling looks pretty good but everything else looks like vomit.
The game is actually more of a mash up of all the best parts of all the mario games before it. So many nods to past games. The camera and overall level design is similar to 3d land but it not really a sequel and it's definitely not a port.
