The visual are incredible for a hand held.
No, motions control will be the driving force leading up to virtual reality 5-10 years from now.Any piece of technology at is paramount .
@scissor_runner
I love Nintendo, I always have, and probably always will.
In fact, I brought all of their console from the NES to Wii;
And I might end up buying the Wii U because I love what I saw in the Zelda Demo.I mean, the the amount of lighting effects, reflection, refractions, and transparencies was enough to convince me that Nintendo might be bringing the Ruckas this time. Despite that,in my opinion,I think Nintendo has a lot of maturing to do...
That is some off the wall Sh*t... Little Girl cussing up the storm and screaming on the mic like she lost her mind xD
Despite that crazy game name...if its coming from Bungie, you know it going to be good.
@tunaks1
What I was trying to say is Nintendo know they can't compete against their competitor in graphical department. So, to compensate for that, Nintendo would normally add a feature/gimmick to their console to make it likeable.
@ SilentNegotiator
Now as for the N64..the only reason why Nintendo first gen games look and play the way it did is because they got help from a 3rd party company by the name of ANGEL STUDIOS to teach them ho...
The Wii U is what the 360/PS3 should've been RAM wise.
That like using regular grade gasoline in a fararri.
Wow...that's what I've been saying all along.
Nintendo need to hire new talents and start a new game division to make some new IP's to complete with tittles like halo, etc or they will fail.
Seems like PS move got a hold of some viagra.
EA SPORTS - it's in the game
New EA slogan: "it's in the Pocket" cause that where all the money(1 billion) is going. In the players pockets.
By judging Nintendo behavior pattern, they always add about one major feature to make their product likable.
And then, fool us all in to buying it to compensate
for less graphical power, less features,no DVD/Blu ray playback etc etc/
N64 + analog controller - for less Graphical power
3DS + LCD 3d capability - for less Graphical power
Wii + motion control - for less Graphical power
Wii U + ipad like controlle...
Sonic Generations seems like a fun game. can't wait to play it.
Iwata is doing too much begging...I hope he don't roll over and bark like a dog just to gain gamers trust.
I agree, but I think that the real issue here is that the mobile revolution is growing faster and faster and the gaming industry see that; and want opportunity to make some serious money.
Smart phone is a muti-purpose device. You can makes calls, Play games, surf the net,log memos, check your emails, more just to list a few. While handheld gaming devices just don't even compare when it comes to how much personal things one can do on the fly.There just no comparison.... ...
These days is hard to come up with something new or original without someone saying it was stolen/copied.
This situation is similar to the movie Avatar....everyone says it was like watching "Dances with wolves" Despite that, I don't think it was James Camrons intentions to copy/or get ideas from another movie. There just isn't enough ideas out there that one can use with-out stepping on someone else toes.
All Nintendo has to do is release some Wii U demos/game footage to win some trust from gamers. A picture is worth a 1000 words. In other words, the more we know about a product, the more one is willing to spend his or her money.
So, keeping us in the Dark is not going to solve anything.
There just some things in life that makes you wanna crack a smile...this was one of them.
How can Smartphones eat into traditional portable gaming's marketshare when mobile was already booming market to begin with.Beside, any hand-held device that is personal to him or her it's going to out weight anything(of the same size) that used for pure fun and entertainment like the 3DS.
Personal devices will always win.....
FRY-CRY 3 demo seems like RAMBO...so
hope it look better and play better than Fry-cry 3
Nintendo needs to buy a game Studios that has the experience to make game on a hardcore level.
I think Nintendo should purchase
Team Ninja
Rare- highly unlikely that would happen
square enix
Platinum Games (especially this one)
Twisted Pixel Games
