I didn't get to play it; I wasn't confident enough, that I would like it, to pre-order it. I think I have just lost interest in the gears universe.
I know I am in the minority, but I'm not that interested in Gears 3. I loved the first; I would definitely put it in my top 10 of this generation, but Gears 2 couldn't hold my interest. Gears 3, unfortunately, looks to be the same. Hopefully I am wrong.
This title is completely backwards; Battlefield is the underdog, not Modern Warfare. For me, personally, Modern Warfare needs to drastically change for it to even compete with Battlefield.

It's pretty sad that even with 20x more dialogue, the story is still 20x worse than most movies.
I enjoy the second's combat much more than the original; it feels much more visceral.

I bought the original a little while ago, but I couldn't get into. It is the exact opposite for the second; I haven't been able to put it down. The leap from the first to the second is awesome. I'd recommend skipping the first( bear in mind I haven't finished it), because the second is so amazing.

Based on all of the comments I have seen you post, I can safely say you are an idiot. Your comparison is completely unfounded. A person gains something from working out hard, a muscular and healthy body. The only thing a person gains from a difficult game is having to replay the same mission over and over again until they finally beat it. Actually, I can deny MW3. It's simple really; it looks completely uninteresting. I have purchased every call of duty up until this point, and I can finally say, unless something is drastically changed, I will not be buying MW3. I will get my military shooter fix out of Battlefield. Rage and Skyrim will consume the rest of my time.
