They give the Wii u shitty ports of their games and then bitch and whine when sales suck worse than they need to. This is why I HATE third party developers.
I'm getting to the point where I'm just gonna rent 3rd party multi-plat titles.
I'm pretty sure I can choose what I spend my money on. Just because most of my money and love goes to Nintendo doesn't mean they own me or anything, I don't buy all their games. They just make a lot of games I like and have my favorite IP's. I could always just rent all the games I want for all I could care to save money, but the games I buy give me enjoyment, so the money is well deserved.

Well, with all these new Wii U bundles, despite people thinking it's stupid or it'll 'fail because Nintendo', I think Wii U will take the cake. They have the best deal and I'm pretty sure that's what parent's are looking for.
A Wii U bundle with 2 games, NSMBU and Luigi U for $300, vs Ps4 or the One which are both $400+ either way...

I bought this game day one and I can definitely agree that the game is a visual beauty. Too bad it's niche and didn't get the attention it deserved. Despite the childish cartoony style, this game was pretty dark, and different for me since it was my first Pikmin game.

Maybe if Ubisoft would make the Wii U version of their games equal to the other versions, there wouldn't be as much of a problem. I don't see why they would fear failure. There's times of failure and times of success. Nintendo's just going through rough waters, nobody can pin the Wii U as a failure just yet, it may be nearly a year old, but that is still young.
I am happy to see they're still confident and not giving in though, I like that. I also like how they've been following their own thing, they have the guts to try something new and even admit they aren't good at competing...

I doubt it'll replace traditional controllers, but hey, I like the options. I honestly find motion controls and touch controls very convenient when done correctly, especially with the Wii U. Even if it's just simply to check a map or change items, it's so much easier.
But of course, everyone's getting all worked up and scared over it because it's something they're not used to.
I like Nintendo's innovative approach. Some people might not like it, but hey, oh well.
To me, they stand out more with what they do. their things might be 'gimmicky' or 'stupid'. But, I honestly love that they're willing to try out new things knowing the consequences could hurt them.
And if people haven't noticed, Sony and Microsoft seem to try and make their own versions of what Nintendo does.

It's a Mario game. Of course it's going to sell well. I wont be getting this first day, But, I will be getting it. It looks pretty damn fun to me. Sure, it doesn't have online co-op, but I don't see that as a bad thing at all, I'd rather have people ACTUALLY there with me while playing this kind of game.
I expect this to be a seller along with Mario Kart 8, Smash bros, Zelda U, Bayonetta 2, and X, of course.

Ah, well I'm not surprised honestly. I still enjoy mine, so it's kind of dissapointing. But I wouldn't blame this entirely on Nintendo. Those shitty 3rd party devs aren't helping much by making most-if not all- of their multiplat games lackluster on the Wii U.
Although I love the Wii U, I'll admit they screwed up pretty bad, but hey that's how they work. Sometimes you hit it big or sometimes you completely miss.
