I was a bit worried about the PS3 being able to play future Blu-Ray special features such as picture in picture, but it looks like Sony will update as those features become available.
It is an update to allow the PS3 to play new Blu-ray movies that have features that have picture in picture. It all depends on the disc.

Not entirely unexpected after the JP version was delayed. While disappointing, hopefully this delay will allow Nintendo to throw in more third party characters. Maybe some Capcom characters.
They're either gonna make even more PS3 fans pissed or they're gonna make some game exclusive or some game franchise that was an exclusive multiplatform. *cough* Lost Planet and Dead Rising *cough*
Pretty sure this throws a wrench in the whole plan for the Mass Effect Trilogy. Anyway, I hate this EA move. Bioware was gonna make a PS3 game anyway so this buyout doesn't really effect that. And KoToR by Bioware is pretty much a dead dream now. This sucks.

While many reviewers panned the controls, Lair had many more problems than that. There were repition issues, framerate issues, and etc. Factor 5 just can't make a good game anymore.
Another Mario themed sports title? Ugh. I like Mario Tennis and everything but I think this is becoming insane. Mario Galaxy is the only Mario game that I'm interested in.
They aren't in game for the most part. The game still looks good, but the cinematics are FMV. It looks closer to an N64/PS era game and still looks pretty.

Cool. Might get it for the PS3, but I really don't want to get left hanging by a Episode 2 cliffhanger. Might wait until Episode 3 comes out and they release an Orange Box GOTY edition with Episode 3 in it. I hope.

Mass Effect as a franchise will end up going on every platform possible. EA will milk the hell out of it.
