Why would you say xbox gamers are funding it ?
There isn't even a hint of a rumour that it's going to console. One would assume that they would have to complete the game or at least get to beta before porting over to xbox and even beta isn't anytime soon.

This is obviously a game for the rich and they ( the rich ) are going to have to keep funding this to keep it alive because the regular gamer won't.

You seem to forget that Sony changed ps+ to reflect what games pass is doing almost identically other then day one. Then increased the price 30% ... Sony have been trying to do what MS has been doing for years.
The only difference is day 1 games and the fact that the price increase pushed a lot of ps+ subscribers like me away.

The reason Gta6 has such a high budget is because Rockstar/take2 know they will recoup and easily profit from Gta6.
