Realistically head tracking isn't need , but to say it's useless is to say that any other added feature in any other game that is not need to play the game is useless.
What head tracking is, is an added feature to enhance the game, so how can it be useless?
Who is to say the mother didn't have parental controls set, and who is to say this kid was playing an M rated game?
The fact is parental controls don't stop people from sending messages or in this case spamming porn to kids.
If the mother was so careless then I doubt that she would have even known that this happened. The fact is that she was paying enough attention to catch this guy spamming her kid porn.

This isn't an anti-MS story at all. May be you should read it again because in the end it really is questioning the validity of the "so called kids" claim.

The ps3 has only been out in north america for a little more then 3 1/2 years, and 3 years in the EU. Same goes for the wii , it's only been around for 3 1/2 years and xbox hasen't even completed it's 4th year yet.
Sony has consistenly had 6 years between generations, and I am sure that nintendo is going to want to keep the wii around for a few more years.

PS3s do fail aswell, they may not have a huge fail rate but it does happen.
I've had one fail after 3 years, and I know of others who have had a ps3 fail aswell.
People need to realise that dust and poor ventilation are the two main reasons why any console will fail.If you don't take care of your electronics they will not last long.

I doubt that very much, the PS3 isn't even 4 years old yet, and MS just dumped millions into kinect. Do you really think it's the end of this gen? not likely.
I wasn't very impressed anyway with the $5 dlc that only took 10 minutes to finish.
MS and Sony are both going to have a hard time convincing wii (only) owners to convert over to the xbox or ps3 just for motion control with prices like these.
Most people will not be playing these 3D games in 3D either, atleast not for a few years anyway.
I think most would agree that MS wants to steal the casuals from the wii but I don't think it will work for the most part.

The ps3 has only been in this gen for about 3.5 years, this ain't the end of this gen , atleast not for sony. I would expect another 2 or 3 years from Sony yet , and MS just came out with the new xbox and kinect. I would give MS atleast another 2 years aswell (in my opinion).

Yes... they put on a choreographed preformance with cirque du soleil, of course it's going to be scripted. No one in their right mind would put on a preformance like this that wasn't scripted.
