I'm actually in a way secretly happy the way this game is shaping out to be.
I mean when Kratos's story is finally finished I'll be glad to have another GOW game cept it takes place in hell with man named Dante. I just hope we see some bigger differences later on that define Dante's Inferno when the game get's closer to it's release date.
Either way it's a win for both 360 and PS3 owners. :D

The game plays exactly like GoW, I mean literally dead on.
From the QTE, gruesome fatalities, and Dante's moves. I've never seen a game like that resemble one of it's predecessors so perfectly.
There is no minor similarity here or there, it's exact. There is a difference between a game having similarities and a game that is a literal clone of another.
How is that by the way?
Somehow I just don't see how this would compete with GOW3.
GOW3 is leagues ahead of any competition, and all I see is a game that's been stripped of Kratos and Greek mythology and replaced with Dante and the 8 circles of hell.
Not much creativity going on so I wouldn't count on this being even remotely in the same room as GOW3.
Don't get me wrong though, I still plan on getting it but it is a shame they couldn't have thought up their own brilliant ideas.

And I was worried what would satisfy my GOW cravings after the 3rd is finally released and done with, now I've found it. :D

Well you have to give credit to Sony for taking the time to develop newer engines with each exclusive such as KZ2 and Uncharted instead of using the UE.
I don't mind games using the UE and I really could care less about which is better but I'm wondering why stick with an engine that isn't able to take hold of the 360s true potential, unless that's what the X-engine plans on replacing.

I bought the first one again not to long ago just to play it.
Don't know what happened to the first copy I bought....still though this game is amazing, could never get enough of it.

Yes I agree, until Sony drops the price. That's what people are looking at so it makes sense for the Wii and 360 to sell so well.
If you can afford a 360 then you can afford a PS3, $100 more won't kill you. Simple as that.
And if you can't afford one, then don't buy one you damn moron.
Well duh, seeing the quality that the PS3 can produce in games this would be a no brainer.
Still though I'm glad they went 360 only, exclusives always tend to be better in quality than most multiplats because of the sole concentration of developing on one platform.
A port would be nice but I'll still end up getting this for the 360.

I enjoy how the PS3 incorporates the six axis motion into a lot of games but nothing overpowering. Seeing how that's the direction natal is heading I can see it working really well, specially with it being fully body motion sensing.
I usually only buy exclusives for 360 due to the fact that I feel more comfortable with my PS3 when playing multiplats. Besides, I'm in love with trophies....so you know. ;)
To be honest it's difficult to tell the difference between the two versions when your only playing one version, unless your just that hardcore/stupid and buy both versions and test them out side by side.
I think it's all a matter of who feels most comfortable with this or that system.

Personally I find that the wii fad has died down and become the norm to most people.
