Wow people disagreed. They like the fact that the two guys that created their beloved CoD franchise were fired because Acti didn't want to pay them their bonuses. Just as bad as the students at Penn State rioting because they fired Joe Paterno. Bunch of n00bs.
Exactly what I was thinking. The majority of people that buy games don't go to Metacritic. They buy what they like regardless of what others think. Besides, it's such a small number compared to the amount of people that actually buy the games.
Sounds like the Slingbox but for games. They should make it. It's a solid idea.
That would've been sick dude. The contrast of the chill beat with crazy action visuals could've been supreme.
I feel the same from whomever quote that was from. They should buy a license for ID Tech 5 (When available) since it runs at 60fps and develop a new CoD with it. They like using ID Tech (Since they've been using ID Tech 3 I believe) and having 60fps.
I believe they got their information from ancient aliens. I could be wrong though.
If Activision was smart they would purchase a license to use this engine when it becomes available for the next CoD. That would certainly help the quality of the franchise. It would also give us a long due break from the series. Let people forget about the game for some years so we can come back fresh. We all know that isn't going to happen, but I like to dream once in awhile. We'll just have to create our own break by playing other games instead of their yearly installments.
Just based off the fact that it'll be a free download I'm guessing the physical copy will drop in price dramatically. I'll probably pick it up too since I'm running low on HDD space. Nice talking with you.
From what I read on various website you'll be able to download the game for free on PSN so no need to buy a disc again unless you want a physical copy. I could be wrong as sites can be unreliable nowadays.
Sadly, I doubt we'll ever find out if it was good or not. Looked promising though for pre-alpha footage.
Wow and it was coop. Maybe one of these days it'll come back. I really hope they end up making it.
If you end up buying a SMS make sure to pick up "Astro Warrior". That game is boss.
Botox is never a good idea.
You also forgot about the big issue people had with Cole Macgrath in Infamous 2 being a Nathan Drake lookalike.
Yea dude. I recognized his voice as soon as he started speaking. So glad they kept the original voice actor.
@Hicken I'll agree that destruction would change the game but fundamentally it would be the same. Just based off the design of CoD's play style. Choke points could vanish to a certain degree, but with the map design people would know where people are going after awhile and what they are going to blow up. With CoD's fast arcade movement people with slow reflexes are going to camp regardless. It's the nature of the beast. CoD picks up tons of new people with each iteration every...
I'm going to have to agree with Hicken and Tachyon_Nova regarding the sports games. I just don't get the why people always jump on the CoD hatewagon. If you break down Battlefield to its fundamentals its big maps and vehicles. They just recently added destruction with the BC series and now it looks prettier. To say a game isn't milked because it has a new paint job is just ignorant. By that logic all IW has to do is get a new engine and add destruction and it's a whole new gam...

What Narutogameking said.
I don't think the video is fake. When one of his friends signs in the pop up logo pulses at regular speed.
