Sure, you can do a little more on the PS4 without a subscription, but if you're telling me people are going spend $400 to only watch netflix and send messages, you're full of it.
If you own a PS4, you're going to buy a PSN+ subscription sooner or later; unless of course you don't ever want to play online, which defeats the purpose of buying a next-gen console.
I wouldn't be surprise if it also gets delayed. But if it means a smooth running game, i'm all for it.
I just hope they don't downgrade this game or that it becomes a disappointment like, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
Unless you own stock in Sony, why is it so important to follow the sales numbers so closely? The PS4 isn't going anywhere, and the X1 isn't going anywhere; relax, people.
I really hope this is true. I don't know why there's so much criticism though; it's probably just butt-hurt fanboys. This is good news for gaming in general, not just X1. But i get it; it's hard to put biases aside, especially for a lot of people in N4G.

The Chainsaw Incident? I've never even heard of this game before. Anyways, just saw some gameplay and couldn't care less if it's not on the X1. Looks more like a WiiU game to me.
True, but fanboys will never admit it. Besides, the argument makes no sense; if someone really wanted a PS4, they would just wait for it to be back in stock (which they are) and avoid paying $100 more for an X1.

I don't know about this "short supply" argument. If people in the U.K. really wanted a PS4, they can get one without a lot of effort. I just went into the U.K. amazon and they have plenty of PS4's in stock. It's the price drop and Titanfall that have boosted sales.
So people just buy whichever console is cheaper and available right? Ok.
