I wouldn't mind that at all.
Not too much of a stretch since there are rumors going around now that Apple TV will be coming to the Wii at E3 in a form of a new Wii Channel.
Nintendo admits it thought about Apple products when it designed the Wii.
Apple says it wants more games to for the Mac...
Apple said it themselves Apple TV is a hobby for them. I could see them experimenting with it.
By using the Wii Channels Apple would gain about 8 million users almost over night.
I was just talking about this.
I feel a Wii/Apple TV media center coming on...if this rings true.
If this venture goes well. We might see a Wii and AppleTV combo in the future.
At least it made you think.
Mindless killing is the worst killing of all.
I should know I'm ex US Army soldier...it stays with you.
Any shooter is murder..regardless if you use a motion to do it or you use a button.
What about the arcades...we use fake swords and guns to kill people or undead things.
By putting a ban on this game your setting yourself up to have other games censored or banned as well.
I hope you understand over 50% of the folks that own a Wii are 18 or over.
I would dare say a good portion of those are 21 and over.
Everyone I know that has a Wii are 20 or older.
Parents look at ratings. Parents will buy pretty much everything from E-Teen for kids in the 8-10 yr old range. Some will even buy the M-rated ones if they approve of it and the kid begs.
That didn't take long...
MS has a stake in the company..so it does have a say in who gets rumble and who doesn't.
I could see Immersion getting sued by both but I could also see Sony getting sued by MS since MS will want to protect it's stake in the Immersion company.
Given MS owns portions of Immersion already...I figure MS is going for a possible hostile take over.
Let the killing begin...=P
Make it a Samsung and you got yourself a deal.
I hope it's good. I bought the orig driver for the PS2 and thought it was awesome. I could never beat the last level though...I'd always get killed about 1 mile from the end.
I'll have to buy this game when it hits!
Note to self...buy MH2 for Wii before some asshat tries to ban it in the US.
Did you even read the blog post on Dojo?
He said he preferred the GC controller because of the huge rumble effect.
It gives you 4 control options. Most Wii games give you 2-4 control setups.
Go to any modern arcade and you will see IR games and motion control games.
Wii is using Arcade tech thats been around for yrs now.
Wow so much hate.
I find it odd it got a 7 when most other reviews have been in the 8's and 9's.
What you call old has sold over 65k copies in Japan and probably will sell over a qtr million copies.
People gave Mario Party 8 bad reviews but according to NPD MP8 is the top selling game now overall in May 07'.

1. If they make a deal it will be with Movie Gallery which owns Hollywood Video.
MG is sortof the king of the SE area.
2. For studios I would go after Fox and/or Disney. (Just getting them to go dual formats would be good enough)
3. $99 is kinda low. $150-199 sounds about right to me.
I don't get this...didn't MS buy a portion of Immersion anyways?
If they did then they would be kinda suing themselves!

"Under the deal, Microsoft will pay Immersion $26 million for licensing rights and for a stake in the company, Immersion said Tuesday. Immersion also can borrow as much as $9 million more through a convertible debenture arrangement with ...
Incorrect.
Kotaku had the photos 3-4 hrs before. These photos were during the show not before.
No-one was even on the stage 2 hrs before it started.
It's just like Fire Emblem...it won't happen until the next go around.
