"Killzone wasn't a spectacular game. It didn't get lots of press time, it didn't turn the tables on how people viewed shooters on the PS2, and it wasn't special. This begs the question, why is there such an interest in Killzone 2?"
Because the first Killzone had an excellent storyline and the graphics were great for a PS2 game. Because the E3 2005 trailer was awesome and it was almost achieved by guerrilla by the looks of it. Now let us reword it:
Halo wasn...
But that is false information. Most reviewers gave the edge to the PS3 version, even Dan and Sam Houser from Rockstar gave the edge to the PS3 version. Sorry kids.
I doubt it will be 50GB or even remotely close. It is probably gonna use a 25GB disc on PS3 so it can be a 4 DVD game on 360 and PC. And the biggest reason it will be gimped is that the game will now have to be linear, or rather, was always linear and now it is confirmed. The more linear the games are, the more last gen.
Your whole pro-MS rant against Sony screams "I HATE SONY LOL". Just for the record, it took Sony 1.5 years to diminish the 10+ million difference to a 5+ million difference, and that with a so called "inferior" machine with "inferior" games and a supposedly $600 price point (let's not count the 20GB PS3).
If that happened, what will happen now that the PS3 is gaining steam, lowering its price, catching up to 360s features or making them better than ...
His mouth sounded like he was dripping with Greenburg's cum when he said that
Apparently, he was born in 2001.
That way if you wanna choose yoshimitsu you can insert disc 2. The only restriction will be that you have to play against another character available on the second disc. Sorry, no Heiachi versus yoshimitsu for you.
Either that or they will cripple the game. I'll let you do the guesswork
Sony announced that they would keep making revisions, it is only natural, especially since those will make PSP demand a lot higher.
Retards with this. Oh wait.
Sony has the rights to publish everything FF7 related in America, so it's never gonna happen. Sorry fanboys.
Oh that's right, next-gen talk only.
"Also it's a trend in many cultures to hate or disslike what's successful or popular as some sort a personal social indenity BS/trip. "
So that is why xbots like you hate the PlayStation Brand. It must be sad to be you.
It's been like that since N64 when they chose to use cartridges, and when they chose the Gamecube to be a purple lunchbox with a gimped optical media and a controller that was missing a left trigger. I loved those two consoles' exclusive games, but Nintendo dropped the ball, and IMHO they are dropping it much harder now with the core gamers, the ones they owe the fact that they survived the N64 and Gamecube eras.
Media Molecule
This game is truly one of a kind, and it is likely that others will follow suit, it is rumored that Ubisoft has something similar in the works, and Banjo is getting customization too, though on a much smaller scale.
I have never played MMOs, I wonder if it will be worth it. I wonder if SOE will port Everquest, Star Wars, the Matrix. I also wonder if EA will port their LOTR MMO. If all these arrive on PS3, along with NCSoft's MMOs, the Agency and MAG, then PS3 will be the MMO console, and perhaps ACtiblizzard will want to port WoW. Combine that with LBP, Resistance 2, SOCOM and Warhawk, and the PS3 is truly becoming a powerhouse for Online Social Gaming, especially if all these games get HOME lobbies. I j...
With repetitive gameplay and an overhyped storyline (seriously, the poor attempt at Science fiction made me puke, Asimov would have cringed if he only knew), Assassin's creed was underwhelming at best, and for that reason I am not looking forward to 'I am Alive', it is probably just another overhyped BS which Jade Raymond will help sell with her beautiful yet money hungry smile of hypocrisy. I hate many games that Ubisoft has made or published that are more flash than actual substance, Kane a...
Reggie is a friggin moron "imitation is just around the corner", he meant to say improvement.
As for Japanese devs: Miyamoto is the best, Kojima is second, and Sakaguchi is third. However, the only one that has kept himself fresh is Kojima as Miyamoto is doing mini-game garbage and Sakaguchi has lost his touch.
For western devs: Will Wright is the best, followed perhaps by Warren Spector, and John Carmack.
Young devs with potential: David Jaffe and Cliffy B.
Holy sh1t, Uematsu is number 1? lol, his music is godly indeed.
Sony has a better XMB, they have Home, and they have a Video Store, so no, XBL for 50 a year is still a rip off, especially considering the life of the 360 will be at least 4 years, i.e. 200 bucks which is 3 disc games and 2 XBLA games.
