If you want to play Mediocre JRPGs and overhyped shooters now, buy a 360. If you want to play good shooters with a nice storyline, and also wait for quality JRPGs, buy a PS3.

Microsoft needs new and better experiences, not just "better" ones that end up looking like rehashes. Sony might not have much on PS3 in terms of japanese support, at least not yet, but if WKC ends being better than all of the JRPGs on 360, it could mean trouble for 360 since japanese developers would follow suit. Good score, but not enough to topple any of the previous PS2 RPGs. It seems that even though 360 is getting lots of JRPGs most of them are too conventional, conservative, or unoriginal. Perhaps gamers are just tired of this genre instead? Or taking a very different path for a JRPG would be too risky for 360?
I like the art style more, the storyline (even though I like KZ storyline, Insomniac nailed it with this one), 60 players online with experience, and 8 player Co-op with RPG elements. Huge ass enemies and levels, and the originality in guns you'd expect from an insomniac game.
Killzone 2 looks very explosive and technically impressive, but I just wish the facial animations were as good as they are in heavy rain. Sadly, the game focuses more on being big than on being detailed. Wh...
And in terms of multiplayer it holds its own against resistance 2, but in terms of single player and Coop, Resistance 2 is the game I want the most.
The facial animations on this game are the best "most people" have ever seen on any video game, even better than whatever Alan Wake is, and better than Killzone (in terms of animation and up close detail; however, I'm not criticizing killzone, as it looks awesome on a grand scale, I just wish faces looked as good as they do on heavy rain).

The First PS3 killer app: Blu-ray. There is still no universal killer app for 360 unless it is aimed at hardcore gamers. PS3 is already the best media player, and 360 is missing a lot more features present on PS3 than PS3 is missing that are present on 360. So it's funny when they say "The first killer app for PS3". I don't even consider Killzone 2 a killer app, just a very awesome game, the same way Gears is to 360, or Wii sports is (sadly) for the Wii.
