I believe that Sony allowed them to self-publish on PSN, Microsoft rules state that XBLA releases must have a publisher. I agree that it's a hard-line stance, but I think this is their way of maintaining 3rd party publisher support and keeping those relationships healthy.
Fact is, Jaw need Microsoft more than Microsoft need them, so they'll find that publisher eventually.
I doubt Nintendo care, sold is sold.
I think they'll show up as DLC, to be honest. I won't mind that method, as long as the original campaign lasts me at least 30 hours like GTA IV did.
The shift towards action in this title won't filter to the sequel to the original game, so you can expect AW2 to return to the more psychological thriller stylings of AW.
Agreed, but it was only 8 months development time.
Thanks for the heads up.
I think they'll be alright, as long as they ensure it's not just Uncharted in a disaster setting. The clues in the trailer suggest that they'll succeed. The hint of a lack of ammo available to the player, should ensure it plays out differently to Uncharted.
Mr Scratch was always evil.
This is not AW2.
Agreed. I think Microsoft should amend the review method, so only those who've purchased the game can rate it.
Doesn't bother me at all, it's all for content I can get on my 360, so it's helpful just being able to click on the Rage ad for example and be taken straight to the demo download page.
Now, if I ever see a Go Compare or We Buy Any Car ad on there, I'll be the first outside the Xbox Live office in Soho with my pitchfork!
I agree with all of that. I'd just add that I'm also very impressed with the way Kinect & WP7 have been integrated too.
Love Bing photos as well, pretty much the main reason I switched from Google on my pc!
Here you go.

It does indeed :)
I've been using it for the past hour and it's very slick, really loving the direction Microsoft are taking this cross-platform connectivity.
The article states Spring/Summer 2013 at the earliest, not that it will launch in that exact window. Reasonable to me.
The fully fledged sequel is heavily rumoured to be on the successor to the 360, this title is to keep the universe going until then.
It's open to both Silver/Gold members.

Way to jump the gun. He's talking about how they've improved the engine/gameplay mechanics, not the plot.
@TheGame So? Microsoft own the IP to those franchises. Unless Microsoft sell Rare, you won't see those characters on another console.
I see what you did there!
