Eh, I think Half life 2 did the whole chianging gameplay thing better than most games...
At first its standard shooter, then it goes for a hover boat, then a zombie city with projectiles from your grav gun, then a someone explorationy feeling car/highway part, then to controlling these giant spider like things...Then mixing them all together! Until, war of the worlds. Eventually threading back to pure shooter for the end.

Wow I just compared NMS to a disease. And it was appropriate!
Its not just the game, its the company and team who made it who get hate, and then...by extension, the game.
Its turned into an Okay game. Probably a year from now it will be a good game. Its good in its own ways but still hasn't got any longetivity imo.
And disregarding the quality of the game, NMS still deserves any and all hate it gets, due to tthe nature of its release
I see now that every one of this site has a Ps4, suddenly resolution is important again. Now that 1080p is the norm, finally, for PS fans, anythign less is unplayable. Wii U, switch....ps3, ps2 etc.

Thought Academy was better. Just had better missions, better jedi feeling etc. Outcast was great in its own way. Whats crazy is that they have the exact same mechanics yet feel like different games entirely. But anyway, the later missions in Jedi academy are just great.
Really nice physics engine in Zelda, the water sucks in both them though imo, except for the electricity effects in Zelda, GTA and Uncharted/LOU did water better than both. Horizon is unsurprisingly static.

SE's remasters were good, but then they saw sony getting away with re release after re release with nothing but a resolution bump. Why try if you need to?
