You're right in some way, best Devs etc are from America. But (E.g) Sales aren't only from America.
People act like America is the world. Yeah the best devs, best games w.e are from there, but people who buy them are from all around the world (I live in UK).

GTA IV was supposed to be a PS3 exclusive.
I dont know what happen but then they announced it would be multiplat, and so reduced the game to what it is now.
The rumors i heard around that time is that the story was reduced by around half of what it was supposed to be + Map got alot smaller.

I have never bought collectors edition or anything like that for ANY game.
I only get the actual game.
But Uncharted 3 WILL be different. If there is a collectors edition i'm preordering mine STRAIGHT AWAY.
Maybe, (just thought of it), if you preorder the game, you will get a BETA code. (If a Beta is announced).

Yeah, Start of the year was brilliant. Come Fall, and GT5 only.
But the games that were released were and still are very solid, great games.
I won't say which was better this YR, 360 or PS3, but despite the lack of exclusives for ps3 fall, the exclusives that were released were brilliant.
