You guys need to understand,

Publishing root keys on the internet which is a helping hand for Piraters, we all know this.

Oh and by the way,

"The Copyright Office also allowed bypassing the anticopying technology used in DVDs, but only for "documentary filmmaking," noncommercial videos, and educational uses--a ruling that stopped short of allowing Americans to legally make a backup copy for their own use, in case the original D...

Well,

If i give you an open hand to piracy and you pirate games, it's as much my fault as it is yours.

Think again,
"The Copyright Office also allowed bypassing the anticopying technology used in DVDs, but only for "documentary filmmaking," noncommercial videos, and educational uses--a ruling that stopped short of allowing Americans to legally make a backup copy for their own use, in case the original DVD gets damaged. It also doesn't apply to making backup copies of video game discs or Blu-ray discs."

Sony has a very good case.

This law in US called DCMA, states Jailbreaking is legal or w.e.

But what i've also read is, 'NOT CONSOLES'.
Only Smartphones etc.

Now i dont live in America, but just because America has a law that allows Jailbreak, Why should it ruin my experience here in England?
If there is piracy, Devs will think twice about great games, which i dont want them to do, i want them to do the great game, and not worry about piracy (This is all IF ...

I think it's down to the Hacker.
If they choose to go online, BAM, Sony will be on them.

If they stay offline, and not go on PSN AT ALL, they're probably safe.

They'd find my moms credit card details.

If (In the Terms&Conditions) it states that they can brick your consoles, or anything close to that, they have every right.
Why?
Because YOU'VE agreed to it.

Even if it was good (I agree, it was), it was still underrated. Just because a game is good doesn't mean it isn't underrated.

So he publishes the key,
Now, who has video of any pirated games?

This could all be a lie. And if it isn't, i have a feeling Sony will hit the hackers back hard. Sony will probably be fixing the problem without making new hardware (Dont know how), and taking this guy to court.

This guy is scared. But what he has done is open the doors for piracy. And he still thinks he's innocent?

That's like me taking part in a Robbery, b...

I dont understand why no-one can make a, E.g. M4A1 or AK47 replica for Move. That would be very realistic.

If i remember correctly,
everyone that has a Jailbroken PS3 is unable to go online. Sony somehow disables it for them.

Dont ask me any questions about it, all i remember last time on this subject was that you couldn't go Online if you Jailbroke your PS3.

This would mean all these great games for free, but no online. Not alot of people would want to lose online.

You know the two dots (Circles) next to the D-pad,
My thought might be a bit weird,
But i think it might be an Analog, touchscreen type button. Just like a Analog stick on a PS controller.

Last time i checked, it has no proper name.
Sony Ericsson Zeus, Or SE Playstation Phone (And yes, it is Xperia) are what it is currently called.
And i am confident that, the phone he has is just a prototype.

It will be fully announced on Febuary 2011 in Barcelona, Spain. Rumors suggest the release date is Spring.

I think they could make maps bigger on PS3 and also more players in one game.
MAG and Resistance being a good example.
MAG just needs better graphics.

BF3 i think if Dice do the game seperate for each console like Crytek are doing with Crysis, it would improve the game ALOT more.
And not just port it E.G on 360 or PS3.

They should put 'Special effort' on all systems, PC, PS3 and 360.

I dont have a PC that c...
