Bloody hell, that must have been tough.
Revolutionary!!!!!
I'm loving the square/rectangular 'radar'. Circle one has been used long enough and it's great to see a change.
I also have to agree with you hay, looking at Ghost the only new thing they've included is a dog on your side for the missions.
Bloody revolutionary that it!
It was sort of the opposite for me.
I got my PS3 and most of my friends had 360. The few that had a PS3 slowly moved to 360 for this one reason ONLY; more friends had 360.
So there you have it, they got a 360 because most of our friends had one. I was tempted to get one for the very same reason but rumors of next gen were cropping up last year so I'm sticking with my PS3.
Already put a deposit down for the PS4.
This is a gaming site...
I will be standing up and cheering... in my house.
If we can get Sony to announce that used games will be playable on PS4 and no DRM, then Microsoft may follow.
However in the meantime, I too will support #XboxOneUsedGames #XboxOneNoDRM
I would hate to see Microsoft fail.
There are really only 3 consoles one would buy, Wii, Playstation and Xbox. I've already put a deposit down for the PS4, I've owned every past Playstation console/portable (apart from Vita).
However what I would hate the most is to see the competition completely diminished. The Wii U will not realistically compete with the PS4/Xbox One especially when it comes to hardcore games and if Microsoft fails (along with Xbo...
Who watches TV on a TV when you can have a console to watch TV on your TV.
The PS4 will be square, so that mock up in your link could be possible (just a bit 'squarer').
This 'mock' looks like a laptop. I'm not really digging it.
As for Gloss/Matte I don't mind either. Gloss makes it look more premium, Matte makes it look more badass.
Mix the two and you have a Premium Beast.
5pm GMT...
Good time, should be back from watching Star trek.
I got my PS3 in 2008 (I live in UK), for several reasons; Price (it was ridiculous), games (not many exclusives) and price again because it was really a killer. I still ended up paying £400 though I did get some games and controller, and Guarantee.
However PS4 seems to be taking the right path and Sony must have learnt a lot from the woeful PS3 launch. Price will hopefully not be a big concern, some top notch exclusives (Drive Club, Killzone SF, Infamous) and of course ...
Sony IS God.
Haha, bubble for you both :D
On-topic: It's most definitely a smart move to change Killzone (Mercenary) release date and by making jokes about it on Twitter is quite nice to see.
You say GTA fans are like COD ones?
Bloody hell, I don't even want to start...
I would highly suggest GTA San Andreas (I've been playing it on PC for the past week) and GTA Vice City.
I think they are the two best GTA's.
If you have a PS3 you should be able to get them from the Playstation Store, I don't know if Xbox live has (I would assume it does).
I liked GTA IV quite a lot, until I completed the campaign and a few hours into online, the game became boring. Once you are bored playing a game you really notice all the pro...
PSN UK new games are usually £59.99 (some £49.99), in store/online is £40-45. The odd games do get reduced quite a bit on PSN such as Ghost Recon Future Soldier (I believe it's under £30).
So it'd be great if they could at least match retail price on Playstation store (here in UK, I don't know about the rest). If downloads become cheaper than actual copies, then I for one will start buying through PSN. But for now, I'll stick with Disc.
Remember, the PS4 won't be released until Holiday 2013 (Christmas?)... Meaning plently of time to polish up surroundings. This is not the final 'product'.
PS4 has a lot of power, expect Evolution to make improvements (just like every other PS4 game shown at the conference).
