Nintendo should do some remakes. Eternal Darkness for one! Why not remake Metroid Prime 1 and 2? 3 Nintendo console generations later. The improvements could be fantastic! My point is, there is a difference in power. Read the comments defending PS5 on performance. This is a positive Xbox article NOT a PS5 article.

No matter what your preferences are Series X is more powerful than PS5. It isn't a maybe, it is a FACT. Another fact is PC is already ahead of BOTH consoles. Series X will be able to do a little bit better than PS5, if optimized. These comments saying differently are wishful thinking.

I love it, but twice my Fenyx Rising files were corrupted while suspended. Both times my play time was over 20 hours. That SUCKED. I need to let Ubisoft know. I am afraid to start a new one.

The down votes are the typical mostly Sony fanboys. Just like when Red Dead 2 ran Checkerboard 4k on pro and native 4K on X1X. They got awful defensive.

I play on all consoles (don't have a PS5 yet) and PC. If I say something positive about Microsoft, I am a fanboy. It is like these people are all 12 years old.

Cross play benefits GAMERS! I honestly am beginning to think Xbox IS about gamers. I LOVE my PS4, and the exclusives. Microsoft. Made some HUGE mistakes, but seems to be trying to turn it around. Microsoft released games on Switch for goodness sake.

It may have been "the design of the game", but having to play ONLY RETERNAL, and nothing else, until you die, in a game you by design have to grind through, sucks. I switch between games, when I want to. Not when a game says I can. You can't do that on PS5.
Also, again I want a PS5. Stop defending Sony, no real storage option, hassle to transfer game save(I have a ton to transfer from my PS4 when I get PS5) and you can't even switch between 2 games without literall...

There are a few games that quick resume doesn't work. Dirt 5 for one. Also, I think Quick Resume corrupted my Fenix Rising files, not once but TWICE. Both times I had over 20 hours in. Now I don't even want to start a new file. Other than that it has worked great..

I said I want a PS5. Not my fault Sony dropped the ball. Not only with no Quick Resume, which would be HUGE for a game like Reternal, but Storage, and game saves.

When I upgraded to Series X, all I did was sign in and download my games. When finished all my saves were there and all games that had a Series X update got them. When I get PS5, I will have to manually transfer everything. Pain in the butt. Sony could fix this. If Microsoft can do it, Sony certainly can!

I am a fanboy, because I pointed out a fact? Most games for Series X, go right back where I was. That feature would be HUGE for a game like Reternal! If Quick Resume were on PS5 this would not be an issue. Even after shutting down my Series X, my games are still right where I left off. Somehow Sony fanboys can't see that.

Xbox Series has a HUGE amount of games taking advantage of the new hardware. In the meantime, if you are playing Reternal you literally can't play anything else on PS5 without losing your progress. PS5 doesn't even have Quick Resume. Quick Resume would have fixed that issue. I have been able to switch up to 5 games without ever seeing a start screen.

I am looking forward to getting a PS5, but am glad I went Series X first.

If I get stuck, I use YouTube. Very quick and easy. This would have been great 10 years ago. Now there are walkthroughs usually day one. I doubt the Sony service will be free. YouTube is!

I want a PS5, but finding out if you are grinding in Returnal you can't even play another game, without losing everything. Yes Quick Resume is a fantastic feature, for Series S/X. Sony should have had something similar at launch.

Red Dead 2s world felt much more alive than TLOU2. Honestly, not that impressed with the first 3 hours I have put into TLOU2. I had to force myself to finish TLOU Remastered, before TLOU2 came out. The story is great, but the actual gameplay, not great.

Gears 5 on Series X gives this a run for its money. It also runs at 4K 60 fps and has a 120 fps mode. I think Reternal looks fantastic. I am just making a point.
