So a Sony PS3 and and Xbox 360 are sitting on my shelf one day, properly elevated and horizontal to ensure proper air flow, and the PS3 turns to the 360 and says "Hey, 360 # 3, how about that mass effect 2 game coming out? Pretty excited I bet hey?"
The 360 just looks at him and says "Oh sorry buddy, you must got the wrong guy. I'm 360 number 4."
The PS3 replied "DAMNIT, what the hell! Where did he go? This is like the 3rd time in 15 months!...
"Developer Insomniac reveals in an interview that they will not be going multiplatform. Instead of being called a lazy and crap developer or Sony fanboys, the Sony fanboys say that it’s Insomniac decision to develop solely for PS3, and that they are not lazy unlike Valve who won’t even bother to learn the PS3’s architecture. Smells like double standard to me."
It doesn't help Valve's case any that the idea of it developing for the PS3 has been teased for quite sometime....
Although I feel this list is quite incomplete, I can say I'm definitely looking forward to most titles on that list.
After playing the Arkham Asylum demo, I'm thoroughly pumped for the game.
I'm really down with the downloadable games only. Much more convenient as far as I'm concerned, however, I also find myself downloading TONS of games onto my PS3 as well, so maybe that's just me.
Just as long as storage doesn't become a problem, I think DL only handheld will do really well.
(Who hasn't hacked their DS and downloaded roms? I wonder if this will make hacking the PSPGo compatible with DL only games easier?)
What's with your links...

Means for comparison? I don't think so.
In your opinion a big difference hey? Yeah, two years difference.
Wow, that was quite the lengthy reply, well done lol.
Agreed on most points.
I'll have to say the fact that people responded. (The first being not so retarded because it was my comment of course, and all the agrees just being funny.)
I mean, I know comments on this site get pretty involved when it comes to baseless arguments and claims made by fanboys, but I mean c'mon - all the rest of the bitter users that seem to absolve themselves of any fanboyism are diving right in to the arguments!
They allow themselves to become insulted... and agg...
Oh, I'm not trashing Opera. Opera is awesome, I should have mentioned them. Now that I'm thinking about it, Konqueror too is awesome (the development of KHTML on KDE, later used to build webkit that's used in Google Chrome and Safari nowadays.
Since your asking, I believe it was Firefox that made tabbed browsing and addons popular. Firefox, Opera and various other opensource browsers are also setting web standards, something IE is desperately trying to catch up on.
I can't imagine giving up the Firefox addons. They've become a necessity. Even if IE did get the addons, I still couldn't ever see myself switching.
Why turn away from great browsers like Firefox and Chrome, who are constantly pioneering new ways to browse the web, for a browser like IE that's always playing catch up, and really only wants to invest as little as possible stay on top? Or when they feel threatened?
It's great to see companies that hold open source ...
The comments in defense of infamous are pertaining to the article posted, NOT written by a fanboy (that I'm aware of, at least its not fanboy material), which is drawing up ridiculous conclusions about the whole "infamous vs prototype" hype in order to generate some interest in their site.
I dunno if you've actually read all the comments, but they all pretty much agree with the same points - 360 fans and ps3 fans a like - that the guys who wrote the article really don...
The comments are absolutely correct, there's no means for comparison here. Comparing two relatively different games on two consoles with very different install bases does not work.
Especially when you can even the playing field a bit, and simply compare the two relatively different games on the same console; which has the same install base.
Your trying to compare availability vs quantity: The amount of games sold per platform divided by the user base answers your qu...
Hands down.
this article fails. The guy probably just read a magazine promoting todays popular gadgets, then hated on them in the article.
iTunes? You don't even have to buy their music, you can import music just like any other program. And i'm pretty sure there's a lot more full querty devices out there (blackberries for example) than there are touch screen phones. Touch screen just recently became popular.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure this game is just a small taste - a demo, if you will, to pinpoint roughly what we can expect more of to come; and improve upon.
This game certainly isn't intended to demonstrate the iphone being pushed to the max, graphically. I mean, I'm not saying that it's even close to god of war 2, but how can you even begin to compare? God of War 2 is the PSP at it's best, and people are stacking it up against some stupid little iphone demo? Please. Wait till we a...
I think so. From what I understand, Epic mentioned that there were lighting improvements, AA improvements, and enhancements made to allow for more independent AI characters/larger battle sequences (more enemies) in the upgrade of the unreal engine. But, the improved light rendering/ AI enhancements seems to come from improved code, and redesigned/tweaked engines right? Doesn't actually mean the xbox's working any "harder", or being pushed further graphically. It simply means they've...
yeah, hopefully this one is a lot longer :)
"I'd have memory retention over retardation any day"?
You compare "memory retention" against retardation, as if its actually a condition of the brain, and not just a choice. To have (good) memory retention is the ability to remember more...
Nice one buddy. You should try retaining more of the english language before you post.
Plus yeah, I'm gonna agree with beavis4play, I've seen you try and "argue" in other articles. Usi...
Well, for one, it's called competition. The result in xbox, playstation, and nintendo employing new techniques, and using each others ideas is what causes them to innovate, and stay on top. So ultimately, the consumers win.
Secondly, calling the d-pad and analogue stick "innovative" and that other companies stole those ideas, is like saying whoever invented the steering wheel, or the keyboard was the true entrepreneur, and that all other companies that utilize, and bu...
Nintendo's running cheaper hardware system, but you don't have to sacrifice quality of game. You can run excellent games on small hardware, and still be successful. Nintendo isn't, or hasn't employed this technique yet (except for the titles that are produced by Nintendo itself, that come along once in a while, which are excellent.) They haven't seem to have taken full advantage of motion sensing controller yet.
If PS3 can make a better motion sensing experience, with better g...
Not only are they merging anyway, soon making battle net "not free", but they're owned by the same company. Retarded.
@Pootangpie - nobody really knows what the actual figures of "active" psn users are, so stop talking like you know something the rest of the world doesn't.
Oh yeah, and I didn't realize the various gaming communites were split up into Steam, Live, then PSN decidedly "dead last". Why don't you enlighten us with how you f...
