What is the significance of this one picture?
I just don't know what I'm supposed to take home after reading that. A bridge? Yeah ok, great. A bridge. A castle. He's wearing stuff. Do we even know who this guy is?
Does this picture preclude or fall after some major event other people know about? Does it pertain to some other article I haven't read?
As if himself now, absolved of his fanboyist past, has now seen the light and [according to him] has now "the capacity to be literate and intelligent". [direct quote]
He is now starting a revolution! Utilizing his hastily written "open letter"; guiding us young, nieve fanboy - leading us down the path of righteous unity - where all gamers can own all consoles, and play them with out preference or opinions!
Thank goodness I read this artic...
Am I just insane, or didn't this game launch like yesterday? Maybe I'm reading something wrong...
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Except Halo 2....
And Halo 3....
And ODST....
So far my fav halo games in order.
1. Reach Beta
2. Combat evolved
Cuz I'm pretty Greenberg is king of taking shots bro. He only pokes his fat ugly head out of the ground when he's rubbing sh*t in the competitions face. Other then that, he hides in his hole when things turn ugly.
God, I really hate that guy. I'll just come out and say it.
What first party studios does nintendo have exactly?
9.3 is IGN's "for good measure" rating.
Just low enough to keep the people who don't own the console happy, and just high enough to keep the fanboys happy.
And this applies to the 360 and the PS3.
Just check out God of War 3. Good ol' 9.3
9.0 is too low, and 9.5 is too high.
Anything beyond 9.5 and below 9.0 is to capitalize on the hype, and cater to the masses.
Eat it IGN.
Yeah, I think the author needs to come up with a different name for the article. When he asked if it was a joke - I thought he had actually formulated his own argument, and was about to present it. The title almost seemed to suggest he was against the idea.
But oh nope, it was just to lure you in only to say "I don't really know, what do you think reader?"
Well played. Well played indeed.
What I think he means to say is: "Imagine what Deadly Premonition would be like with Natal".
I love the fact that these rant article have a disclaimer at the beginning.
maybe it was the poor video quality, but put that beside gears2 and i would not be able to distinguish between the two.
more please.
Good news for the 360/PS3
Pff, look at all those Wii games on there. I count like... 1 Xbox 360 exclusive as well.
Just shows you how awesome that list is. Gotta love Wii Sports/Resort!
Flame bait article, clearly just looking for a rouse by the title. Even tho it's a legit article, it should be removed on account of TRYING to piss people off, and not actually spreading acceptable journalism.
MORE PLEASE!
Why doesn't rare focus its efforts on making good current gen games.
And not ones that include rehashing old franchises. Unless its Donkey Kong, then they're more than welcome.
Not the golf club! What a shame.
"Right now for Left 4 Dead 2 we're looking at PC and 360 because the community aspects really fit the game - it's all about playing with your friends,"
One could assume that "community aspects" on the 360 and PC that he's referring to probably just include: a friends list, means to integrate voice chat in game, and an internet connection.
Oh wait, the only system that doesn't fit the bill on those requirements is the Wii, and only because it doesn...
Yeah I simply think it's because PS3 owners have a lot more selection right now. I personally felt a little drained this month picking up Demon's Souls, Uncharted 2 AND Borderlands; only reason I bought borderlands was because of an advertising mistake meaning I scooped a copy for $39 at Best Buy.
So I'm not surprised. This article really doesn't go to detail any further than what common sense would tell you.
I'm pretty sure this article is mis-titled. It really should read: 'Various Retail Outlets' causing uproar in the PC community.
Not: 'Borderlands' causing uproar in PC community. It's not the developers fault the game was sold pre-release date.
They should really can the cynicism if they want to make things better; and lead with example.
I understand the irony of the article, I just don't think it's the best way to go to get your message across...
