Gears of War has proven itself to be huge! In sales, fanbase and awards received.
Both games will be good.
The details of what these games are about hasn't even really been flushed out yet so it's kind of lame to compare them this early.
Plus they are 2 completely different games with different play styles so comparing them is sketchy.

VGchartz is known garbage, inaccurate and critized by all official tracking companies as a joke. You want to quote Charttrak then go for it. You want to use vgchartz for your argument don't expect anyone to take you seriously.

Funny thing is a lot of people are going to be exposed for their hypocrisy when you read the other story here where they misquoted and said the 360 outsold the PS3 and there were a ton of "who cares" "stop looking at sales and enjoy the games". Now that this post is the opposite you get the same people here now with their pitchforks and torches beating their chests.

The shortages were long over in Jan/Feb and some of March.

Wow, if thats the case then the PS3 is more sorry than I thought. Considering the 360 seems to be keeping up just fine with the PS3, with more games looking and performing better on its system.

As someone who has played both I am happy that I bought the 360 version and only rented the PS3.

That exclusive GTA bundle Sony put out was a great move! I do expect the PS3 to sell more hardware units but from what MS has mentioned(Aaron G. & Major Nelson) the 360 has seen a very positive upswing in 360 sales.
Get some glasses. The game is one of the best looking on consoles.

Sub-HD, Framerate choppiness, huge game install that wastes disc space, unable to access online, game freezing, DRE problems, exploding batteries and a poor mans online service.

I would say the same thing about all the "COMMENT" and "OPINION" blogs being posted about how one particular console is "On the comback" or "Slips into Top Gear". Bunch of stories about nothing and the same blah blah blah we've been hearing since the toy launched. Not even a shred of new information or of gaming relevence beyond having the name in the story.

Whatever it is I hope they support it more than their Vision Cam accessory that was promised to have all these great motion games and got maybe 2 and then dropped. MS doesn't have a good track record for supporting their alternate input devices.
