I've seen all the pop-in and framerate problems on the PS3 version as well, so please stop lying.
It's also not suffering from small things like bugs that you can't even play the game because it locks up. Did I mention it's not even in HD on the "superior" console?

GTA V will not be exclusive to the PS3, just like their next big project LA Noire is not. If they are struggling so bad they seem to be dealing with it enough to keep on making 360 versions. You cannot deny the 360 userbase if you are a 3rd party developer.

MS is in a no win situation. People will say MS doesn't have an HD movie console and MS needs to do something about Blu-ray. So, MS will release a new box and then you will have a bunch of cry babies saying they screwed their existing userbase and how they are copying Sony.
