If Wii owners that want to step up in console specs or get that new HD TV and have a console to support it they might bite. But it is about the games and MS need to have games that support the controller that outdo what Nintendo is currently doing. Which is going to be tough when you stack up against the Wii's stable of first party franchises.

it is an interesting idea. People who buy a Wii might be looking to step up to a more powerful system. If MS has something like a Wiimote that Wii users are familiar with then it might be a branching point for them. I don't like the idea of Wii ports however, considering all of the Wii's strongest titles are first party and will never be on the 360 so basically it gets all the shovelware. It's true. I hear that everytime I mention it. It is the 40gig model and I will say that the boxes looked like they went thru a war at the store so it could of been the shipment. But like I said the third unit works like a charm. Yes, I do lean tword the 360 more but I can't deny the PS3 and it's upcoming exclusives. If you want my PSNID let me know.

Where are you getting all this misinformation from? Rockstar stated the delays were due to the PS3 version. No biggy because those problems were overcome.

There are still a lot of titles on HD-DVD that aren't on Blu-ray and believe it or not some people still use their HD-DVD to watch the HD movies they purchased.

Btw - I am on my 3rd PS3(both had similar drive problems out of the box) but I took it back to where I purchased both times and now have a perfectly working system. I should of made a internet report to the consumerist but I guess I just felt like I didn't need to cry on the internet like these people feel compelled to do.
MGS4 is the most hyped game on the PS3! I've been hearing about it since the PS3 launched.
But who cares as long as it lives up to that hype and it looks like it just might do that. I really hope that this is the game that I can say "whoa, the 360 can't do this". I'm still waiting for that moment but I will have this game on day one and who knows we will see.
