you are programmed if you think FPS is better with a keyboard. When I was a kid I played pc games, then I was introduced to game consoles and there is no comparison. Who cares if you get can a tad better resolution or graphic ability, I got the better games and better controller...

-ps3 runs any hard drive at 5400 rpm. No matter what fancy high speed HDD you put it, it'll only run it at 5400rpm.
Not a big deal to me, but don't go out buying this if you already have a bigger or the same size hdd already installed.
ps+ is not rentals. You pay $50 a year, you keep all games and get whatever else comes out later.
quit trying to compare it to live where you pay just to simply play the same games online...
people that are calling for ps4 probably have not experienced half of what the ps3 can do or half the solid games that are available for it right now.
give it some time, it can wait. Unlike the end of ps2 days, I'm not even thinking about ps4 because the ps3 still feels fresh. That may not be the case with the 360, but ps3 owners and knowledgeable people know the ps3 be here a little longer than those 2 other consoles...
for resistance to shine like halo there would be have to be no other above average game available on the market for the ps2 or ps3.
everyone would then latch onto resistance and hold onto it regardless of what happened in the series...

maybe 360 looks outdated in certain areas, not all, but the ps3 is going strong and looks like it'll be that way for many more years.
When ps2 was this far along in it's life, it was time for a new system. Now is not the case and when ps4 comes out, that life cycle will be even longer than ps3...
What's wrong with call of duty are the players playing it. If people really think someone's going to stay in a room and go 0-77 you're crazy.
wow, the best twisted metal game included with the new twisted metal, can't beat that.
this is one of the few ps2 games you can play right now and not be bothered by the graphics, this game is simply amazing. I still remember some of the secret vehicle locations...
I'm curious as to what you're hit accuracy in shooters usually are.
In socom(talking all of them minus the bs psp and socom 4 games) I played with maxed out look/acceleration, get around 20 hit %
call of duty I play with 2 or 3 sensitivity, finish 20-30 hit %
battefield I play 1/3 sensitivity, get 20+ hit %
Did I get 6 disagrees because I said I don't have input lag?
seems like the input lag is non existent on the ps3 with the latest patch. I bumped up the sensitivity and it's perfect now(probably about 1/4 or 1/3 from the left, I don't understand how anyone can play any faster and I'm usually top 3 at the end of the round in any shooter)

people want better animations, better hit detection, no aim assist, dedicated servers that prevent most of the lag, especially in modes where there are more overall playings like TDM.
