FF7 has a great deep story and pretty deep materia system. I don't get what's NOT to like about FF7. I'm just playing it through collecting enemy skills and stuff on my Vita and the game hasn't aged one bit.
They get success with casuals, they go to casuals. Low input, max income is too sweet to pass upon for MS. Clearly they are in this ONLY for the money. Sad to see them abandon the install base that got them up and running in gaming but business is business........to MS atleast. They have absolutely no ambition or vision for this. Only hunger for more money. They have been like a child with a notebook this whole gen and that proves it.

MS is hurting itself by not saying anything to repair this. These rumours will reach even casual gamers and when they get an idea/picture in their head it's extremely difficult to shake it. Meaning that even if X720 turns out to not require online many casuals will still think that it does.
If Kinect and casuals is your bread and butter MS you should know that things like these can cut into your sales significantly.

Don't bother. I've tried reasoning with peole about this "same person buys more than one console so win all around" but it just won't sink. They have got to speak about marget sharez and try to make MS's success somehow into a bad thing for Sony.
Sony is in line to sell 130-150 million PS3's. How this can be turned into a failure is beyond me. Fanboy is a fanboy that's all there is to it.

Everyone keeps saying "wait till E3 and MS will blow our minds" like they've done for 3 e3s straight. Will the x360 faithfull still hold their breaths for the next e3 if the nextbox indeed is always online, full of Kinect and has no core games other than the usual Halo, Geow and Forza?
