It's true the discs going missing-arguement is weak at best. MS and the X360 is sh*t. That's my only arguement in this case and that's all I need. No bitterness, no regrets, I just dispise the way MS has handled their marketing/PR. Always hitting Sony with low blows and such. I HATE THAT it's so f*cking childish. Atleast we here in Finland (and Sweden too I think) get 2 years warranty for faulty harware (PS3). Didn't help me though since mine broke down after 2 years and 2months. I got a refubished one for 260€ and it has half the warranty the original one had (1 year).

The PS3 has never included a HDMI-cable in the box. The X360 has and boy did we hear about it. It's kind of sweet to see this happening. Less ammunition for the fanboys.
This follows the same traditional consept. Xbot laughs at the PS3 for reason x, MS transforms trying to make as much money as possible, xbot eats their words. Happened before on several occations (HDMI and 1080p for example).
