Good point about mass effect 3. In that game some were okay with the story...others were not. And thank god for those guys cuz the story was just downright horrible..specifically the ending
Yes but that narrative is bots and fanboys so you don't exist in their minds.
Like a jigsaw puzzle that doesn't fit where you want it to.
So you and others get lumped together. Why? Because they, also like the people giving zeros, are heartbroken when they see the user score...they feel threatened and attacked.
Obviously I the context I half agree but I also agree that the person using the word is also not tolerant of the others views so therefore both bigots.
But I was more referring to the implementation of such dialogue. It's stupid and out of the blue and only wanted to include that line for the sake of progressives and their outlook on the world and all people who disagree or more specifically don't fully agree.
I don't agree with that sentiment.
Nothing new is happening here that hasn't happened before.
And no I do not believe that the users who do not like the story or direction ever wanted to cancel the game. They wanted to try to push change. Normally this type of behavior is praised...but only if it pushes towards a certain direction it seems.
The outrage is also only online one the comments section and Twitter. Outside if all that there is ...
@sam
Right. Journalists have never insulted any group of people. Called them bigots or shameful or anything. You clearly don't read much.
And I know other people have as well but journalists are the only ones who maintain that they're in the high horse.
@synth
Same as above. You must not read much as there are articles right now about how the people that don't like the game are x y and z.
You made the assumption abou...
Journalists: either you agree with our critical reception or youre a bigot, homophobe, radical, racist transphobe, privelaged crybaby.
Btw we also fan the flames of war between people because we're so righteous.
You first sentence isn't s good reason. That is your opinion. They according to you can only have one if it matches yours?
Your next sentence is your assumption. But nice keywords there: blind, hate, annoying...really shows how you react to opposing views.
