Who said I removed my brain. Not overanalyzing either it's only quite obvious. She also barely had any scenes and she doesn't amount to anything at the end so yes...waste of character and unrealistically portrayed. I didn't find the fights with her engaging at all...definitely turned my brain off for that since you lose no matter what you do...spam square.

Well there's a lot of 0s and 10s given out by people who either had not played or did not finish the game so in both cases it's just dumb.
Obviously I don't think a 0 should even be allowed in the review scale...that's what 1 is for 0 is the lack of a score .
Somewhere I read someone say that all the good in the game outweighed the bad and therefore it still managed a 10/10. In that same logic, for someone else all the bad outweighed the g...
Well that's bull. The 1st was epic and awesome...in fact I'm going to replay it soon.
I'm on the side of free opinions with the second game but I'm quite tired of all these articles. Enjoy the game or don't. Nobody needs to approve your decision on it. If it's a zero for the ou so be it, if a ten so be it.
How was she great?
She was the most unrealistic character in the uncharteds.
I don't care the military training you have. She was very skinny and could take down two combat experienced buff climbers. Climbing like in uncharted is unrealistic but would require an enormous amount of strength and endurance.
1on1 was believable but 2 on 1 not so much. Is especially to the degree that she beats them.
Joel only killed on his way out of the hospital because the fireflies wanted to take her brain out. Killing her in the process.
They omit the reality of the situation so therefore it is not the same at all.
So in that regard I would say the message failed to deliver correctly.

And you could say other gamers are using the journalist reviews as fuel to say the game is a masterpiece before completing as well. Or does this only go one way?
The majority of legit negative reviews agree with this sentiment. Story is a big part of the last of us. Many don't like it.
Many do like it.
Shouldn't disregard the ones you disagree with or claim that they're somehow being childish. Many here can't stand that there are negative simply because they themselves are enjoying it. Doesn't make sense in their brains.
Agree to disagree is the motto. But that's rarely effective. ...
YouTubers and smaller channels are less likely to be corrupt in my opinion. Many barely make a living off YouTube and have to work a separate job. They are less likely to shill or be swayed by mass media and political correctness to like or dislike something.
All the people replying to your comment haven't finished the game and yet are calling it a masterpiece....I sense a lot of hypocrisy here. Weren't we complaining about the same for those user reviews?
I have no issue with it but people here did. So im seeing some inconsistencies.
With that thinking then the 10s are also not logical correct? Don't only focus in the negative reviews let's also look at the positive ones given out around the same time as the bad ones. All illogical! Right?
But you do get the story experience. For many that is enough. Especially those disappointed with the spoilers and wanted to make sure not to support the weird decisions they made a few hours into the game.
