Of course, I'd like to play it myself but that's not always an option. Gamefly is more than I'd like to spend considering I generally only game for about 5-8 hours each week and most of that goes to whatever me and my buddies are playing online at the time, plus last time I had it I couldn't get most big releases anytime near release. Redbox is great but they aren't everywhere. Closest one is about 15 min away from me and I'm not rural by any means(about 90 min drive f...
It was reported as having been purchasable in the Middle East a few days ago, so it's possible.
Reviews have been around for decades though, and there's nothing lazy about it. I guarantee anyone reading the review would MUCH rather make up their own mind about a game but unfortunately there's about $60 and at least 4 or 5 hours in the way of that. Reviews scores can be unfairly damning to a game but it's something of a necessary evil. You're a bit of a fool if you don't read the justification of a score, but the concept of reviews is NOT a byproduct of "youth no...
According to wiki: Destiny cost $140 million(500 if you include marketing and the 10 yr plan), GTA 137 million (265 if you include marketing) and this just hit 138 million. This site goes by the actual vanilla development cost.
They take so much of their inspiration from TV and movies, it doesn't make sense to go from movies to games back to movies. They try to mimic the all time greatest crime movies in the games they make, bringing the mediums together, and giving more credence to the legitimacy of storytelling in video games. No need to deviate from a groundbreaking medium to a tried and true medium. Yes they would make a great movie or TV show but why waste the ideas and talent. Plus, I'm still waiting o...
Oh ya, still going strong, they just started season 20 and I think their contract lasts through Season 22(might be 21). The last couple seasons have been some of the best yet, and have kind of adopted a running storyline they never really had before. They have another game coming out early next year. Definitely a good time to catch back up!
One of the issues is that most if not all tvs with 4k are smart tv's so there's not really any point in 4k Netflix streaming when my tv already does that. So all the 4k streaming aspects seem redundant and it has to rely on just the improved gaming capabilities, which frankly dont seem great enough to pay the extra money. Maybe if it had a larger HD(really was hoping for 2TB) and/or 4k blue ray player.
Then you're missing out on some of the best MGS gameplay. If the story lived up to expectations and there was more variety in landscapes this would easily be a strong contender for best MGS game.
@moldybread
They are working on user name changes but having difficulties . Because the network wasn't build with that in mind things like trophies are proving to be tricky in regards to the issue. Everything is connected to your username and the network doesn't recognize a simple name change and still associate everything to the account. Supposedly that's the issue at least.
Last of us had a run button(L3) but there were times like in the quarentine zone in the beginning you couldn't use it iirc. But it was usable 99% of the game.
By coffee I assume you mean whiskey.
You recall correctly.
@hakoom what Plat can I get in 20 min to an hour?! I only have one, far cry 4. Promised myself I'd get it on TLOU but it's been a long slow fight to get, but I'll get it one day.
Exactly. Of those 900 games 890 of them are geared toward eastern preferences. Even the few games I've enjoyed have only kept me entertained for 5 or so hours tops.
@Theparanerds
$40CAD is the same as $30USD.
I can still go back and get feels watching the hospital scenes. Joels voice is chilling at times during that sequence.
It's possible but I don't think this is Naughty Dogs style, they like to tell specific stories, and if this is Drakes ending, he deserves a true ending.
Loved TLOU multiplayer, doubt I'll enjoy this as much, I prefer the slow gameplay of TLOU, but can't wait to give it a try!
Last of us factions was amazing. Still play it at least once a week. No classes, but it had premade loadouts you could use, not the same as classes though imo.
This. $5 is the minimum for CC transactions almost everywhere I go, some restaurants it's even higher.
