The leaked shots are pretty core of "the new element and focus" it is like saying ohh there is a leak of GOW that contain Kratos and his BOY + the nature and settings. Is it worth full price? I am very enthusiastic about the RPG game, but fighting game? Isn't that supposed to release after getting a good fan base?
But statistically speaking, JRPGs don't performs well in Xbox. As example, XIII which released in both X360 and PS3 the sales hits 6 or 7 millions at one point the ratio was 4:1 and Xbox users were more than PS3 at that time. Of course the ratio was much more for XV. It will boost the sales definitely but no where as good as PS platform. You can google it. Hope all enjoy the game no matter what is the console.

Platinium is great way to squeeze all your money from a game or play your favourites till last possible way. For it is only for very special game I love like GOW or most of FF games, other than that I just ignore it.
I pre ordered digital Standard Edition and Physical Deluxe Edition from GS. Almost getting platinum and Deluxe Edition is yet to be shipped.

Although it been more than decade since we got an exclusive FF for PS. But since VIII, FF name always meant success for and with PS. I mean evenFinal Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete boosted the sales of PS3 by 2.5 times. And the same for XIII and XV. Final Fantasy VII Remake is one of best gaming experience ever, along with GOW, Uncharted 2, TLoU, Yakuza 0, The Witcher 3, MGS4, Dark Cloud 2, Sonic Adventure, Mario Oddyssey, Resident Evil 4, FF VI-FFX, FFXIV, FFXII, Nier Automata, Persona 4 Golden Persona 5.
Without spoilers this is great treatment for further investment, I am so happy and thrilled for the final outcome from this remake, absolutely great. Can't wait for the next part.
I understand everyone whom complains about how the game is only small portion of OG VII. However, this remake is in full 3D expansion. If they did this for the full game it would take enormous amount of resources and they will ended up to leave a lot of stuff left behind and never explored. I mean the game is already 86 GB the full game world would be like 250GB that would be catastrophic to release. It is the pre rendered which facilitated things for the OG, I mean you see a lot of stuff but...

Every FF released after this is better, even the rest sequels are better. Not worth the time at all. I mean a game with 10 hours of tutorial and a lot of limitations like never. With boring linear like never. With irritating non sense characters like never. SARAH like never.
