Clickbait, trash article.
You're right, you just reminded me of the end of that game. They really could have went with necron if it was served up a little bit before just jumping into that realm. Just seemed rushed for the length of the game.
I came here to say this. I like Apex for its gameplay. I love they added a solo mode, even if just for a short time. Everything else is a bonus. Its f2p, their battlepass is good, and there is a crap ton of things to open. Its meant to be played for years, not months.
I think FF7 and FF8 were at the peak of not really making sense. FF6 and FF9 both were very good at connecting the dots.
I'm gonna venture to guess that most people liked VIII and hated the battle system.
-Drawing magic was boring, and once you figured it out the game was very easy
-You could miss summons by not checking the draw from certain enemies
Those two points alone made the game a chore in some ways, and frustrating in another.
Why people liked VIII, well here's my view
-Huge open world
-Story, while sometimes hard to fol...
You're dumb.
All the downvotes to anyone saying good things about 8k....This whole site is full of console weebs who game on 720p30fps (looking at you switch owners). 8k is for PC gaming, sorry (not sorry) to the guy who wrote the article complaining about consoles promising 8k gaming. 8k is also for MIND FUCKING BLOWING IMAGES, are you fucking blind? 8k looks insane, the fidelity is thru the roof. Consoles have always kept the expanse of gaming to a slow and steady pace.
Solo should work well in a lot of ways. Less getting mobbed up when random teammates decide to just leave a gun fight or not go at all in the direction of the rest of the group.
Looks like Capcom is back in the saddle, again.
The words "hardcore" and "Switch players" should never be in the same sentence.
Mega fights have sounded very good on paper since Sony tried to do 64 player battles on the ps2 and 3. It sounded good on paper, and never really changed how the player felt. They touted team work and squad based things, but thats just not how most people play a game. Team games only work if people play as a team.
"Youre after" I'm not sure what this means, i'm not "after" anyone. IMO my comment is level headed, Nintendo has not ever tried to appeal to the playerbase that gives a shit about graphics or frames per second in the near 30 years of their existence. Its pure business, why step into a space that already has so many players when they own their space that only enthusiasts fuel (your raspberry pi's, kickstarter androids). You say level headed but to ask a company ...
Did the game hurt you? Show us on the doll where it did a bad touch.
Playing ports on the switch is like watching your favorite tv shows stream in 360p.
The switch is like watching tv shows on a 360p stream while docking you get a whole upgrade to 480p. Fascinating device.
Most pc's can run new games on low settings. Im not opposed to AAA on the switch, just dont fuck with core of the game to get it run on the switch.
Just....why?
The WiiU was a cash grab and a proof of concept for what is now the Switch. And god damn was it a piece of steaming shit.
Game looks great
