what Microsoft fails to realize is that they are not hardware manufactures. They are SOFTWARE. They should actually work on becoming an EA/Activision type of company. Flex their muscles and just MAKE games not consoles. Activision does just fine @ the stocks and M$ could become one of the largest publisher in 10 years. There is no way this is the PS4.. Why on earth would Sony put MW2 in their commercial.. They would have to pay licencing fees to Activision. They would simply use KZ3 or UC2 or some other 1st party title that they already own the IP rights too.. This is just silly.
I preordered my 46' Samsung 3DTV from Best Buy. I have been using it for like a month and a half now. Its pretty sweet. It converts to 3D now, but does not look 'great'. Im hoping full 3D supported games and movies look better, otherwise it was a waste of 2 grand.

You seem to have NOT read the actual law in the CCC.
It basically says if you modify a console for ILLEGAL purposes. So you can modify a console to put some lights on it, or add a new case, or maybe a new fan. What you CANT do is modify it for ILLEGAL purposes, like copyright infringement!
