SE has been churning out to many games its like the quality is spread thin. I think Crisis Core was great though so they still have the talent. Fabula Nova Crystalis games will rock, Parasite eve 3rd B day and Dissidia too. I know what you mean on FF12.
Whats crazy is there prioritys. They know what the fans want but what there doing is way off. They where going to make PE3rd Bday, and FF13 Agito cell phone games ...what are they thinking those ip's deserve better.
I was playing ff8 last weekend , I still have not finished FF12 or LO but FF8 was calling me back for a replay. It is true that these next gen rpg's have been pretty meh so far. Im thinking Star Ocean IV, FF13, and WKC will deliver but who knows. FF8 graphics soooo outdated but the story and gameplay make it worthy even today. Looking forward to Monster Hunter 3 too.
We may not have even seen the tip of the ice berg conserning this game...though what has been shown looks ...meh. Well if its good its also only $39. Sounds to good to be true that its very good and very cheap. I'm renting it.

Tactical RPG fans would love it. There are many RPG fans that are not into Tactical RPG's though. Tacticals are not my favorite so I will rent this when it gets trophy's or later if it does not get those. The demo was aight.
Resistance 2 graphics are great, Its not KZ2 but its still impressive. As you progress in the single player the levels detail gets more and more impressive. No console game yet does flora , fauna and trees better too. Not even uncharted. Though overall Uncharted may top it graphically not sure. The insides of those Chimeran ships looked sick too. Those james bondesque doors where cool.

R2 has some sweet MP , no im not kidding.. Competitive and Cooperative modes are both unique and full of win.
Tekken Tag Tournament, Marvel vs Capcom 2, Street Fighter Alpha 3,Cod4,Warhawk, Everquest and R2 wipes the floor with those games IMO

Personaly, no mater how good the online is I want my shooters to be rich in single player campaign/story as well. Adds to the value and expands the universe of the game. Which leads to greatness. 10 hrs however is acceptable and due to having so much to play right now its a good #.
If someone actually played resistance 2 you would know theres 10x more game in it then Gears 2. Both are good games though.

Yah, my point is I think this makes the case that GT5 is not coming in Spring just because a car magazine is confused. Its only common sense that the cars in the prologue are going to also be in ....The Full Game.
Another reason its bunk is that GT5P still has not got its big update thats coming and we are nearing 09. So I think at the earliest we see GT5 is summer 09.
