I have my xbox one AND my PS4 already hooked up to my 4k tv. Whats the problem?
I even have my PS3 and Wiiu hooked up to it, when watching movies my 4k HDR blue ray player. I dought the upscale of the xbox one s will be on par with the Scorpio or the TV that I have so I dont see a reason to get it for that.
If you have a sub 1,000$ TV wait until the HDR of the xbox one s comes out so you will NOT be upset.

Sounds good but, there is a BIG difference in game play. In fact it is as big as you can get. There is a shock of going from the traditional action game to a game that makes you take turns . It's like going from hockey to curling.
Don't get me wrong I like turn based jrpg's in fact I STRONGLY prefer them. It is just that 99.99% of my action game friends just don't like turn based games, and 80% of my turn based friends don't like action rpg's and...
The problem was Microsoft did not build into their contract price steps so that the price would go down as they reached manufacturing numbers(for instance 2,000,000 would have the price drop just a little, and then drop again at 5 million and again at 10 million and so on.) So obviously Nintendo will make sure they don't forget to make that part of their contract. That was well published and so long ago I'm sure Nintendo got the memo.

Ever since I played the demo I knew this was coming! If they can't graphically wow you with miniature sized characters to draw, and miniature sized vehicles to draw. Guess how much they will have to stretch the same horse power over full sized characters with real sized textures on vehicles, and enemies, and way more special effects, and explosions!
They still launched the same policies in China that they tried to launch in the USA. Until they did a about face after some Microsoft fans(like me) and lots of PS4 fans gave them the what for!
Oh and not only did they bring all the bad policies to China but they added a few! No game share....no selling games without a fee....DRM....24 hour Check in.

Donthate has a point... Even though Microsofts Kinect failed, the point remains Nintendo does not want there ideas stolen. I mean who would? If your Idea is not worth protecting then it is not a good idea. Even if Kinect had no success that would not mean Nintendo will not want to keep things close to their vest.
They are not selling better than ever. Just because they beat Sony in a SLOW summer month does not mean they are not having a downward trend in sales. They had a spike in sales because of deals that are offered to clear old xbox one stock. So they had several month worth of pent up sales that people could not resist the deals.

Sounds like most people commenting did not read the article, but instead assumed that the title was NOT misleading. It is. If I think it is coming to Steam and it is not confined to a small box screen I would wait for it, to play it on a larger screen then my 3dsxl. I think I will have enough to play until then.
I'm glad it is a turn based game! Don't get me wrong I bought the action based "Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below" and it was fun for awhile I'm planning on getting back to it as soon as I run out of turn based rpgs but that does not look like it will happen until next year. I looked at Diepdiep's youtube link and it can be controlled manually (Yeah thank GOD!)

This is something I would expect from a person that is playing their first RPG LOL! TWO HOURS, is it and you think the game is hugh. Dragon quest is usually a 80+ hour game. Hope it stays that way.
Have any of you guys saying this actually seen 4k? Even 4k upscaled to 4k/30 is way better than 1080p/60. If graphics was not that important we would still be playing with a super nes or at least a ps1.
Once more of you guys start getting high end 4k tv's you will all be with me on this one and saying you always was a 4k over fps person! I have two 4k tv's and will NOT go back to 1080p for a better frame rate.

I agree if you look at my comment history you will see I am honest about being a Playstation Jrpg fan first and then Nintendo and Microsoft. PSnow is the only negative thing you can say in a debate between Microsoft and Sony being best for gaming that will shut me up! I have no defense for it! wish they would make it PSWAS! And do like Nintendo, build hardware in. If Nintendo can do it for SEVERAL generations, then these mega sized corporations have no excuse for not being able to do it...
