In his defense I have not played some top Nintendo AAA exclusives, or PS4 AAA exclusives series (though that may be because there are too many of them, still it happens). But my alarm is saying he is not the average xboxer!

It initially sounds like wishful thinking. Until you think about Sony could use the Xbox one X launch timing against Microsoft.
Sony could take advantage of the fact that Microsoft will piss off fans if they come out in 2019 with another console so soon after X1X! And on the other hand Sony will have a 1 year head start if Microsoft DONT piss fans off by coming out along side Sony in 2019!

That bill was sabotaged by the people that made it. Since you can't gamble even when your 21 in that state then to declare loot boxes gambling and say you can do it when your 21 is going to force them to vote NO. Because they would be voting on allowing gambling. This is a basic REPEATED political trick. I don't expect the loot boxers to understand it though.

When will people learn that no plans means they are not going to confirm or deny. Confirming will ruin the hype, Denying will ruin the hype. Look at Doom! No plans. Wolfenstien no plans. No plans to release a PS4 PRO. No plans for a FFVII remake.
why do all these people see the final fantasy trailers and NOT remember that square would never show turn based menus in the past. But in the past the games would still come out turn based? They even called the games action adventures in the commercials. People will never learn if they don't remember.

Yeah right real time with a MENU system which includes DEFEND? And ATTACK? Falling for the same marketing trick that Square used before the original FFVII the movies ALWAYS LOOK real time otherwise it looks boring. They have to get rid of selecting attack from a menu before I'm convinced it is real time. Not that I want it to be real time.
I was tempted to just say EA without reading the article! But yeah there is a lot in the article. I still hope Disney turns the game over to a better/previous developer after the contract expires. Or even pay EA off and do it now. Or just break the contract because of EA risking their name with the Micro transactions.
They used Roman numerals to hide how much you are reaaaaallly paying for the game. It's a numbers shell game.
