First of all, most parents get what their sons or daughters want. Otherwise they will get them socks! Some will go by price but not most. In fact most Parents always ask what do YOU want. @UltimateMaster The whole premise of your argument is backwards. The whole reason they went to 64bit is to increase the amount of work that is done by each instruction cycle. For instance a single clock cycle on a 32bit system can address up to 3gig of memory. Where as 64 bit will allow you to address more memeory with the same instruction. Plus it increased the limit of how much memory could be addressed.

I would have to agree. This is not just some resolution upgrade. This is a major undertaking, glad to see it. This is also a sign that Square is planning on remaking FFVII.

It is already in the English character set, and it is not MORE expensive to translate than on xbox360 and PS3. The languages did not all the sudden get harder. It is taking advantage because you can.
