Good question shadowWlof712! because back in the day SOME of the salary of the people developing the game was royalties. In fact a big portion of the musicians salary was royalties. So just because Nintendo owns the game does not mean they don't have to pay.

Wow I'm glad more people are pointing out that the Switch allows you to customize how you play a game. On the go, already pointed out. But you can play with a PRO controller....Joy cons.....speaking of which you can use MOTION controls......and of course you can use touch screen controls. People try to act like there is no traditional controller for the switch but there is it is called the pro controller (even Wii AND wiiu had pro controllers).

Hey Nix I'm 55, have two high end gaming LAPTOPS, Xbox one forza edition, 2DS XL, 3DS XL, Nintendo SWITCH , PSP(2000), PS VITA, PS3 and PS4 PRO, Nice SAMSUNG Android tablet (for android games), And a couple HDR 4k tv's one being high end. Even though I spend more time playing sports I'm still gaming on.
How long you game Depends on the person, and in my opinion the Pineal gland.
