I'll buy ANY console that has a good JRPG. ANY. That's why despite me leaving last gen behind after a couple of years I went back to playing my PS3 when The LEGEND OF HEROS I and II games came out only on it (thank god the next one is on PS4).
Point is I would have went and bought a PS3 if I had of sold it.
You have some good points. It is still making them money. But when you say they are saving by not spending. That is what we call to greedy to make money. The other side of them saving is, they are not taking a risk by investing like Sony. Sony is getting the big payoffs from their investing(just like PS2 days).

The only reason they are number 2 instead of number three is because Nintendo launced 3.5 years late. Nintendo is on a pace to SMASH xbox one in sales. Nintendo has increased their 1st year manufacturing to 16 million. Microsoft announce in Nov 2014 a year after launch that they had ALMOST shipped 10 million worldwide. See it can be used differently. I on the other hand have never used it as a handheld other than just to test it. But I'm sure glad I can. When i'm addicted to a game I would like to be able to play it during my lunch break. Or on a long international trip.
Good reply. If Phoenixup is worrying about battery life (legit worry) they are already making extension batteries that can last more than a days worth of playing. Plus all you need even now is a portable battery and a USB-c cable. You dont have to have a power cord with a place to plug it.

I have xbox one forza edition, ps4 pro, high end pc and every gaming platform a person could want. I used chat for Original xbox with halo (1) chat. I't was new and kinda cool loved it. But that was about it. I rarely have used it since that game.
If your a online multiplayer linking junkie I can see it being important. But not for me. Not important. I have wasted money on never used headsets over the years since. Or used once to test them and then nothing. Ho...

Scary thing about this is people are about to SEE a bigger PS4 flood! Plus those games that we could not play on the big screen (especially JRPG's) are about to SWITCH (pund not intended) to SWITCH from the 3ds and 2ds.
