It is achieved after getting all the symbols in the game. With a white cloak you don't need fabric to float, you just touch the ground after a jump and the scarf automatically fills itself.
That's true but it's been a while the consoles had a good new serious driving game.

They needed Zelda big time to shove WiiU and they just announced that they might make one. No real next gen Mario as well which leaves Nintendo pretty empty handed.

I absolutely loved this game on my Dreamcast, the gameplay, the graphical style and the music... all fantastic. I'll love playing it again.

It's the perfect beta code that was sold as a complete game.
I must admit that though I see the technical flaws in the demo it plays like a dream and has a great atmosphere. Definately one to try out.
