On top of that Cerny went to third party developers to ask what they wanted to see in a PS4. This was taken into account when developing the console.
Nintendo did the exact opposite. It just catered for its' own wishes and in doing so drove away the third parties.
It's pretty clear what Nintendo has to do. It has to open up.
Well he has a point that Nintendo underspecs their consoles. I got rid of the 3DS because I became tired of being able to count pixels. Nintendo needs to realize we are living in 2015.
There is no end to Square Enix trolling.
So how is this going to help Microsoft?
Agreed.
Please don't let it be a MMO.
It always strikes me that the more hate people have in them, the worse their writing is.
I guess Ubisoft should change its' name to Ubicheat.
Me.
Ideal for emulation.
Now that is so silly.
I might buy this. Looks nice too.
Agreed, it makes no sense.
Apple investors seem to disagree. Apple lost 26 million dollars in the stock market yesterday.
Shenmue.
Will never happen I know.
Indeed. I'm glad Skyrim is not the sexfest some modders want it to be.
Not that much damage to be fixed. EA can just offer EA stuff. This will dry up sooner than a puddle in summer.
The WiiU is for me way to limited and I don't feel like rewarding Nintendo for slacking.
I would LOVE a Nintendo system but with real nextgen graphics capabilities. Third party games are also essential for me. Also a non-machine bound account system is necessary, it's 2014.
I think making the WiiU a success (which it won't) would be a very bad thing for gamers in the end. Nintendo needs to learn a lesson and the sooner they get it the better.
Fantastic story, few will remain untouched by it.
And another thing. Games have been pointed at in the media for bringing about violence. Gaming according to those smallminded people is responsible for school shootings and the increase of violence in the streets.
Now, this story is a great story about what gaming really is. It brings happiness, brings people together and sometimes, like in this case, it does so much more than that.
That's also it's weakness, that it's mainly a secondary console.
Take it as a main console and you will be waiting a lot for new titles to come out. I've learned my lesson owning a N64 and a Dreamcast. Thirdparty support is essential for me.
I remember the PS3 got two AAA games each months. Sony is definately changing PS+ and not for the better.
I do like indie games but now I'm beginning to think Sony is pushing indie titles as PS+ filler out of financial reasons. Not so much for the gamers, more for their own wallets.
I am a longtime PlayStation fan but I cannot deny what I see is happening with PS+.
