One of the best PES feature that i loved so much compare to Fifa is editing. Some people complaint that PES lacking with official leagues, clubs, and players (looks, shoes, stats, goal celebration, etc).
But Konami provide us with edit feature where we can customize / edit all of that and if we to lazy to do the job than we just wait for updates / patches.
Yeah, if it sells well than Tales of Innocence R will get localized. Plus, maybe namco will make a brand new Tales for vita.
About vita sales, next year vita have Gravity Rush 2 (hopefully), Toukiden Kiwami, new Ys, Legend of Heroes: TitS 2nd chapter, Persona 4 Dancing All Night, Atelier Ayesha plus, and more.
But sony need to announce more high profile games if they want vita to picks up the sales. Maybe we will get some news this december on PS Experience. ...
Tried both demo of PES and Fifa 2015 and i gotta say Konami really nailed it this time compare to Fifa. Gameplay really fluid, addictive, and challenging.

Nomura design kinda overused. We seen characters that very look alike / twins such as Lightning from XIII and Seven from Type-0. That's why i prefer Akihiko Yoshida over Nomura because Yoshida got more variety compare to Nomura.
But no, Nomura isn't the main reason why FF got messed up. You can blame SE previous CEO and his lack management skill for that.
As much as i don't like XIII, the game doesn't deserved that score

Most japanese companies? Please, it's only a few case. Other devs such as Atlus, NIS, Namdai, TK, Falcom, Gust, Sony Japan, Nintendo, Vanillaware, Konami, Spike Chunsoft, Acquire, or Arc System Works still produced high quality games for console/handheld that a lot of people wants to play.

There's hope for Innocence R but not for Vesperia. You should import Vesperia and play it with walkthrough (there's tons of it). It doesn't change much compare to 360 ver.

Sony produced a lot of great games without jaw dropping graphic. Example like Tokyo Jungle, Demon's Souls, or ICO. But they also produced great games with amazing graphic. So yeah, they can achieved both.
