Sorry to burst your hope and prediction, but as long as western gamer don't play Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky (Sora no Kiseki) 2nd chapter & 3rd chapter officially, than there's no way Xseed, Aksyss, or any company will bring Legend of Heroes: Trails of Zero (Zero no Kiseki), Trails of Blue (Ao no Kiseki), and this - Trails in the Flash (Sen no Kiseki) to the west.

You're right. Maybe we should ask Sony on PS blog (the official) why Sony not release Legaia on PSN. Cause every major JRPG on PS1 already released on PSN, except Legaia, Breath of Fire III, Suikoden 2, Valkyrie Profile, and Brave Fencer Musashi.

Sorry i have to say this, but people like you made me laugh. You decided to skip great games because simple feature like dual voice instead of bad gameplay, story, or replay value. I'm VERY GLAD there's only a few gamer like you who skip games because it doesn't had dual voices.

I really love Legaia because the story are simple but still manage to got me hooked and care for the characters until the end. Beside, mixing some combo for each characters are very addictive ^^

1) I heard Xseed once talked with Namco about the possibility for Xseed to localize Tales series. But Namco refused that idea. If Xseed already tried than i'm sure Sony already did the same too.
For Legend of Heroes...well, the 2nd game of Trails in the Sky got more tons of kanji to translate compare to the 1st game. That's why Xseed had big difficulties when trying to localize it. So, if western gamer never play the 2nd and ...
