The internal disk that you plug on PS4 is limited by sata 2 speeds, USB 3 is faster, so a external disk on Xbox One is faster.
And all those disks you talk about every person can buy then, put then in a HDD external case and conect it to the XBox One and they will work faster then beeing internal on your PS4.

At least some games use less space then the PS4 contrapart, just like Destiny is 24GB on XboX One and 40Gb on the PS4, others like Dragon Age are 10GB less.

As far as that image you posted goes, The Order was weak played it in one day, dead in the Water, bloodborne is ok, but after Deamon Sould couldn't care less, Until daw is the game I will get in the future to play, all other games are on PS3 or will only hit Europe in 2016, so all in all, I played 1 game on PS4 this year The Order and next will be Until Daw...
