If Surface had the games that are on ipad and android I would buy this in a heart beat.

Yup, I played most of ... if not all ther Tactics PS2 games, they all looked like PS1 games, and Disgaea on PS3 looks like PS2 game, Disgaea 5 could be done on PS3 no problem.
